*Great tech that was very prompt, polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly, repaired the AC and then offered a preventative kit to assist my aging unit to continue to function properly. “Hard start kit”.
We really appreciated this service in weather hovering in the area of 110 degrees in the AZ summer.

Note:
Sea Breeze responded to an additional request to actually replace the dual run capacitor, as opposed to placing a jumped small capacitor with the original part. After a clarification on the cost of the HS kit, Sea Breeze volunteered to refund the cost, but chose to leave it in place to avoid any further malfunction of my AC unit that could occur from its removal.

Since I was able to speak to this same tech and understand why he did what he did and explain why the previous work didn’t meet my expectations, the problem resolved with this company going out of their way to make things right.

Again, the tech is good at what he does and spent time talking to me during this repair and the final product. My thanks to all involved.

came out through home warranty to check system. checked freon, and amps on unit. techs were friendly, but shiesters. refused to lube/clean or do anything to the system. the service charge was $75. I say they are shiesters because they tried to sell me additional bogus equipment for my in-rush current, that is not covered under the home warrenty. if not for one of the two techs being friendly, I would give zero stars.

Outstanding experience with Sea Breeze Cooling today. Customer service was excellent- business answered phone with a live person who was friendly, professional and provided repair service promptly. Technician arrived EARLY for the job and was knowledgeable and professional. In addition, he was also respectful of our home and property. Repair was made and we are thrilled. We went through our AHS Home Warranty and for those of you who have used American Home Shield in the past, you are probably aware that they don't usually offer top of the line service companies. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE TODAY- THIS BUSINESS IS A FANTASTIC SURPRISE! Sea Breeze seems to really care about customer satisfaction. We received excellent service today and would highly recommend Sea Breeze Cooling!

Today I was connected to Sea Breeze through my Home Warranty provider, where I made a call to Sea Breeze office (08/20 1250MST) amidst a emergency/medical condition situation. My child has been sick and my wife has a medical condition - I also have a pet who cannot breath regularly as the heat increases in our home to 92 degrees.
The receptionist who was probably overseas told me to get my work order moved from the other company who never reached out to Sea Breeze, then once I call back we can discuss getting a technician on a emergency basis.
I hung up with her, called First American Home Warranty, had them reassign my emergency call to Sea Breeze, got the email confirmation instantly - called Sea Breeze at 08/20 1307 MST and there was no answer. Now I am back to square one with nothing. I pray to Sea Breeze to please help us. I have no one to turn to at this point and beg Sea Breeze to come to help us as we have spent all of our resources on a portable unit to keep part of the house cool, and to pay the co-pay fee for a tech to come out.
Please help.
