When i called to make an appt. i explained i was almost 80 and that i had gone through chemo and radiation and that this heat makes me very sick she just started laughing and laughing. I asked what was so funny and she just kept laughing. She was extremely RUDE. I will never use this co. and will make sure to let as many people as i can know how rude they are. I would not even give one star but since that is the only option i will. The owner did call me to say how sorry he was that this happened and that he would take care of it. I think that was very decent of him.

This is a small company getting work from a home warranty company. I have been patient with this company but now that it is obvious I am being ignored, I will leave my review.

Their main number is just the direct cellphone of the owner, and his voicemail is often full. I have sent emails which went unanswered and he rarely responded to text. After a bunch of back and forth I was able to make progress on my 1st 4-ton unit and it was replaced shortly after their initial repair failed.

My second AC unit has been seen by 2 different service technicians and the last one to come to my home said it needed to be replaced. He used an infrared thermometer, checked ampage, and told me on the spot that the unit was in the same shape as the 1st unit which was just replaced; this was a month ago.

Since this time the owner, Mo, has not returned a single call/text/email and the report that my home warranty received said my unit was fine. I have since opened a complaint with the Arizona's Attorney General consumers office. I explained the ongoing issues with the Home Warranty company and they are acknowledging something is off. I am now awaiting a new company to be sent out to start the process completely over.

I am not sure what the owner's issue is. I wish you the best of luck if you choose to use this company.

This company was amazing!!! My AC unit stopped working late evening. I called that morning and they said they'll see what they can do to try to make it out that day. They had to wait on a part but I was taken care of that same day! I truly appreciate everything they did to help me and my kids. The service was great.

Fantastic service and technicians! they were very quick to get me appoint scheduled to replace my Air handler/Furnace as per my request it was still very hot outside and not having AC is pretty awful in our AZ heat). They did all the leg work with my home warranty company and recommended I get a new unit which was approved as per their recommendation. I would highly recommend

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air Thursday evening. Home warranty company scheduled us with another company that said they would not be able to come out until Monday. Obviously being in Phoenix that would have made for a miserable weekend. They contacted Sea Breeze Cooling and they were able to come out the next day. My family is extremely appreciative of their quick repair! I would highly recommend them.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have a new born and 5 year old. This company was contracted by my home warranty. They showed up at my home. Got on my roof, removed the panel, and then 20 min later came down and left with no explanation. I tried to call them and no one will answer the phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

They called back that same evening and made sure I had someone out here the next morning. Issue fixed right away! I was leery at the responsiveness because it was through a home warranty, but they were wondeful and fast!
