Ground Zero Plumbing & AC

Sam come out to fix multiple sinks in my apartment. He did the job accurately and took the time out to do the job right. He was very professional and friendly, he even gave me helpful tips to prevent any clogging from happening in the future. He had to come out twice to do the sinks and each time he was great, highly recommended him and this company. They get the job done and exceed expectations.

What a pleasure it was dealing with Mike C, Frankie and the other guys at Ground Zero. Ground Zero was one of many estimates I got to replace my two 20+ year old AC units over the past several months. Mike C came over on Wednesday to update the estimate and talk through options and my new units were installed and operating by Friday evening. Frankie and his crew were professional, courteous and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and it was as if they were never here! Absolutely would not hesitate to use Ground Zero for any future needs and will recommend to friends and family as well! Job well done.

The technicians, Chris and Derek, were very friendly and professional. This has become the norm when dealing with Ground Zero.

My experience with Ground Zero was nothing but great. I interacted with a bunch of their employees during the process of getting my new AC unit installed, all of which seemed knowledgeable and friendly, including the people who made my appointments over the phone.

Junior sold me the unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the process and how everything worked in a way that was clear and helpful. Cesar and his crew came to do the install and some additional plumbing work. All of them were hard-working and good-spirited even with my attic being extremely small and difficult to work with. Since it was such a tight space, they had to remove the trim around my attic entrance, and Phil came to fix it. He was quick and the whole area looks great. Brad and Dean came out to do a quality check after everything was finished. They were friendly and kind, and I've had no problems so far. Every one of them was nice, professional, and cleaned up as they went, which I really appreciated.

Although the true test will be summertime, the new unit is working nicely and seems much quieter and more efficient than my previous one. I would definitely recommend Ground Zero.

I’ve had Ground Zero do a number of projects for me over the past several years: they have always been good to work with. Most recently I had an air conditioning system replaced by Michael and Ty. As always, we were notified in advance who was coming, with pictures and a brief bio. These gentlemen were early (typical with Ground Zero). They were friendly, conscientious, and took care to ensure they left my home in as good or better condition than when they found it. Additionally, they were happy to walk me through the Nest install. I’m highly satisfied with the work they completed. Definitely a credit to their company!

I will also comment that Eric did our initial evaluation of the failing system. He was similarly prompt (early). He was friendly and professional and offered several options to get us back up and running. Knowing we were going to without an AC system for part of our house, he offered to bring back portable units to get us by. In the end, Eric helped us identify that the builder who installed the original system used units that were too small, making our decision to replace much easier. The new recommended system is far better than the original.

I have to say thank you to Steven. He was courteous and polite. Extremely knowledgeable and his estimates were reasonable and most importantly, accurate. An absolute blast to work with, by the way. I would have to say I'd recommend him by name.
He sent Wade to my home to take care of a couple of routine services and a clogged up drain. The technician, Wade, was excellent to work with. Efficient and very friendly. In and out, and left no mess behind. Thank you Ground Zero for a pleasant experience. Looking forward to working with you folks again.
