We worked with Martine Dorn, technician, and he was super professional. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain thoroughly. Also, he resolved the problem quickly. It’s a great company to hire for their services. We are in the “Hero” program which offers additional benefits and discounts. You can’t go wrong with this company!

Michael Dozal did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with our tankless water heater. Unfortunately the error code 11 could not be duplicated. Michael was very through and gave me instructions on data to record if the issue re-occurs. His professionalism would have been a 5 Star Plus rating!

Derek came over to give us a 2nd opinion. Did a great job informing us of our current situation. Would highly recommend using Derek at Ground Zero Plumbing!!! Thank you Derek!

I’ve now been helped twice by Ground Zero, both plumbing and AC. And both times I’ve been met by professional and knowledgeable technicians. Most recently I was helped by Derek Franke, who was able to solve my AC issue quickly and correctly. I have no doubt I’ll be using GZ for the foreseeable future with AC and plumbing needs.

So far they have been a great company to work with. Derek really helped me to understand the difference in the ac units. Will be getting my new ac soon. Hopefully the rest of the crew is as great🙂 keep up the great work 👍🏻

James showed up exactly when scheduled. He was dressed in a clean company uniform. He introduced himself and was very courteous and respectful of our home. He explained everything step, by step as he did it. I would definitely recommend this company.

We live in an apartment and got a pretty big hot water leak under our patio. I honestly thought it would be a multiday process but Tony and Slim came by and dug a huge hole and had it all completed before my work day was even over. Very cool and professional dudes. Highly recommend!
