Ground Zero Plumbing & AC

I judt had some plumbing work completed after new countertops were put in. Scott came and handled everything beautifully. He provided excellent customer service and is highly skilled in his trade. I would recommend Scott for any work that needs completing! He was on time (which is rare these days), reliable, highly skilled, and cares about his customers definitely worth 5 stars ⭐!

I had an awful leak because of a block in my main line, and Cody Lyons was very helpful and quick in alleviating the issue. I was particularly impressed with the customer service and speed at which the issue was resolved. Great customer service 10/10

The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was fast. Would definitely use them again.

I live in an apartment and our AC wasn’t working right. The apartment sent out Sam and Ryan from Ground Zero and they came out and installed a new AC unit on the roof and pump in the apartment. Both were very professional and their work didn’t impede my own work day. Was a 3hr install as they removed the old system and installed the new one. They were efficient, friendly and cleaned up everything afterward. No complaints here!

Sam and Ryan were techs that came to install my AC replacement Unit they were very professional, thorough, and even cleaned up after themselves! Made sure everything was installed and working properly before they left. Awesome experience will use them again.

Today I had an entire AC unit replaced after just moving in, as the old system was leaking. Sam and Clayton showed up within the time mentioned, and estimated it would take 4 hours. They actually knocked it out in under 3! a full gut and install of a new system, with minimal interruptions to my workflow, as I work from home. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys! Sam and Clayton are awesome.

Of course having your AC blow right when it hits triple digits in Arizona is never a pleasant experience but Sean from Ground Zero was our hero! He was super friendly and courteous as well as keeping me updated and educated along the way. He fixed our AC in a timely manner and it seems to be working better than ever before it broke. I contacted Ground Zero when my AC stopped powering on and had no power to my thermostat. I spoke with Dwayne and communicated to him the issues I was having. He was able to send someone out to my house same day. The service tech resolved my issues and recommended things to keep an eye on based on the condition and age of my unit. Overall I am pleased with my experience with this company, from the great communication initially with Dwayne followed by the comfortability of talking with the service tech Ken and not feeling pressured into purchasing anything.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to 'Ground Zero Plumbing & AC'! We had a major water leak going from behind our washer/dryer unit into the spare bedroom closet and it was soaking the carpet. We had NO hot water! We had originally contacted a different company that was not giving us the best ETA and were saying basically "They will get there when the get there". Well we decided to reach out to a friend who dispatched for this company, Kara R who said they could for sure get us someone sooner! I was given a window of when they would be there and they kept to their word. Mike D was our tech that showed up. He was AWESOME. He was funny, informative and figured out almost immediately what was wrong. We appreciated his kindness and the fact that he did no try to upsell us. I'm a resident of Site Scottsdale ad they used them to install my AC system. Frank and Sean are absolutely amazing. They are professional, clean, and so pleasant. The way they communicate with was other, and work together is wonderful. I would recommend them anytime. Frank let me know exactly what was going to be done, how long approximately it should take so I would not be wondering which is a great thing. If I had questions he was very happy to answer them. When Sean came in to my apartment he is always smiling also and they both are so nice and great people. God bless you both for your hard work
