Ground Zero Plumbing & AC

Over the past couple years of using Ground Zero Ive thrown all sorts of different types of tasks at them. And each and every time Ground Zero comes thru and handles anything I throw at them with incredible speed and professionalism. I would reccomend them to everyone.

We had all our shutoff valves replaced to quarter turn and Chris was professional through the process. After work was completed everything was placed back to where it was before. I would recommend hands down.

Ground Zero has been there since day! Danny the lead tech was very responsive in fixing a major issue with a boiler in a building. Thanks for all the dedication much appreciated

Austin (plumbing)was great! We had them come out to do a whole house plumbing evaluation. He took his time talking to us about everything he was doing and explaining in detail what he was doing and why. HE explained items that is need of repair or will need to be soon. I would highly recommend using Ground Zero for your plumbing needs!!

I have had different plumbers come to my house over the years and never could find one I could truly rely on. That all changed with Ground Zero. Mike is the plumber who has come to my house several times for different issues. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable (including friendly with the dogs) but he is competent as well. He is not only able to fix the problems, but he provides great suggestions on how to stop it from happening again in the future. I had a time when things were adequately repaired, but not exactly as I wanted. Ground Zero sent Mike back without batting an eye to fix it exactly how I wanted it.

I strongly recommend Ground Zero for plumbing issues simple and complex.

My husband and I have been a customer with Ground Zero for about a year now and have called upon them for both AC and plumbing. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Katie is always courteous and in our most recent call, Chet Schmidt made quick and efficient work of rooting our bathroom plumbing. He was very friendly and respectful of our home.
This is a great company and we would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They've always gone above and beyond, double and triple checking their work to make sure the job is done correcly.
UPDATE: Yes, we're STILL with them and they're still a great company. Just wanted to give a shout-out to Ken (for our thermostat) and Cody (for our kitchen sink).. they both did amazing jobs recently fixing our home. Thank you both!

Chris was amazing! He communicated the problem and fixed it quickly. Very friendly and professional. We were beyond appreciative of how quickly he responded and got our ac working again. We will definitely call them again if we ever have another issue.

Google has verified Ground Zero Plumbing & their work so that Google will pay for it if it is not repaired correctly!

I called Ground Zero Plumbing at about 3am & Katie answered very quickly! I told her that I had found the lower bathroom flooded from water leaking through the ceiling, vent & down walls. She said that she would dispatch a plumber right away! I received a text with my technicians info, including a picture & bio so I knew who to expect. I was very impressed by Ground Zero Plumbing immediately!

Mike B., the plumbing supervisor was sent out & was phenomenal! He found the problem quickly & repaired it. He was only here for an hour & 15 minutes, but in that time I found him friendly, dedicated & having excellent customer service! If you call ask for him because of the above reasons. Had an issue with my tankless water heater. It would shut off and show an error code. The technician evaluated, diagnosed and repaired the problem. There service and technician where great. I would recommend them for anyone that was dealing with issues with tankless water heater.
