Best HVAC company in all of the valley! I’ve been using dawn til dusk for years now.. they are the only ones I trust with new ducting and unit installs. I’ve sent friends their way and the ones that hired them have thanked me greatly. I’ve worked with them on several homes. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy, competitively priced and just all around a great family run business. Highly recommend this magnificent company!

This company does it right! My A/C went out on Friday around 11am and Ken was at my house by 4pm that same day. He educated me on the issues and with the help of him and Dawn (who set the appointment up) our A/C unit is running better and more efficiently than ever before. This company will give you a fair and honest assessment! I would recommend Dawn til Dusk to any of my family and friends!

Ken at Dawn till Dusk AC recently provided short notice service on two AC's on home that my realty client was buying. He was there when he said he would be. He serviced the AC's and explained what he did on the invoice in a way that was easy to understand. I honestly expected the invoice to be twice what it was...a pleasant surprise. I also used Ken when I had my AC units replaced. Ken is thoroughly knowledgeable and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken and Dawn till Dusk AC.

Our AC was starting to go out and Ken came out the next day, and he could have told us that our 15 year old AC needed to be replaced, but INSTEAD fixed the part that needed fixing and was in and out in an hour! Will definitely call Ken and Dawn til Dusk again!

Wow. Phoenix homeowners nightmare: A/C goes down in the middle of a heat wave. Yup, that was me 7 days ago in the middle of 115 and pre-Monsoon humidity. Dawn to Dusk responded quickly and professionally. I talked to the tech about the system in place; dual compressor, 2 speed. The tech was super knowledgeable and provided a band aid approach to get me out of trouble AND a replacement approach. He had them priced within a day and went over the pros and cons of both. He also spotted a problem, that no one else did, the size of the utility closet. He came back, measured and came up with a fix I would have never thought of (and I'm an Engineer). No time like the present, I chose to replace over repair. The unit arrived the next day with the D2D team, installed that day and one week later, I am happy to report that my house is significantly more livable than it has ever been (since 2003). And he didn't put the screws to me when he could have! What??? I shopped the price afterwards just to see and found he gave me an amazing deal in the middle of a heat wave, during a pandemic. Am I gushing? Yeah I am, but only because I am still in a little disbelief over how well Dawn to Dusk took care of me.

I called Dawn till Dusk on July 4th because my tenants said my AC wasn’t cooling below 80. Ken came out and told me I needed a new condenser fan motor and a pole contractor TOTAL COST $490. My tenants moved out a week later so the house was empty for two week before my new tenants moved in. First day the new tenants were there they complained about the same issue, AC not cooling below 80. I called Dawn till Dusk and told them the same issue was happening. I was told I would NOT be a charge a service fee because they warranty their work. Ken came out again but this time he told me I had a bad compressor and everything he installed was fine and I of course I was CHARGED the $70 service fee-
SO he is telling me I was having the SAME issues LESS than a month ago but NOW it’s a $1,000 compressor?!? It seems shady and unethical way to get $70 more out

Do not use! I am not sure if they screen their employees, but one of them was very bad news. Can't say more than BEWARE! Watch them every moment they are in your house! They don't want to "remember me." Big surprise. If our phone calls had been returned maybe they'd remember.

During that last visit they determined our 2nd air conditioner needed replacement. We called back on the quote ready to discuss our issue with them. Multiple calls were not returned. Now "no record of us as a customer." Guess warranty on the first system is gone. And ignorance as a defense doesn't work.

I have receipts. . .

I love this company! My A/C went out last week at 9 pm and I was leaving town the next day, and I couldn't leave my dogs in that situation. I called Dawn till Dusk in a panic and they came to my rescue first thing in the morning!! They've been servicing my A/C unit for a couple years now and I will never use anyone else! THANK YOU!!

THE BEST AC AND HEATING COMPANY OUT THERE!!!!! DONT LOOK AROUND ANYWHERE ELSE, THESE GUYS ARE IT! Such fair prices and their service call is a fraction of other companies! We were so happy with the business we received that I referred my parents care home to them as well. PLEASE go over to yelp and check out many of their positive reviews as well.
