Matt was absolutely amazing. He made sure every part of the appointment was about what we wanted out of our unit and never pushed or tried to hard sell anything we didn’t want. He ensured we were comfortable the entire appointment and was extremely friendly. Super knowledgeable about every step in the process. We very much appreciated a very easy and smooth interaction after a very stressful week without AC. Every step of the way Climate Pro has had the kindest employees and I can’t recommend them as a company enough.

Spencer from Climate Pro was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough and provided updates as he went along. Previously i had an A/C company come out with some questionnable estimates. I called Climate Pro for a second opinion and what a blessing Spencer was! He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to check both of my units and compare the repairs. He treated us like family and took the time to educate us on the repair itself and why it was needed which i appreciated. It ended up that the previous company was actually overcharging us by a lot! All services with Climate Pro have been great! They are friendly and provide quality work. We needed to have our air conditioner replaced and right from the start Chris worked with us to get us the best deal and the best unit for our house. When Richard arrived to install it he was professional and worked hard on the install and ensuring our house was kept clean. Richard took the time to go over everything and show us photos of all the work. He stayed till all of our questions were answered. I had both of my air conditioning units and furnaces replaced by Climate Pro this month. Spencer came out and did the evaluation. Thanks to his expert knowledge he found many problems with the original installation of the duct work and air returns. After living in this home for almost 20 years, I finally have a balanced system and a cool master bedroom that is on the south, west and east exposure. I thought I was going to have to replace my windows in that room as well, but I don't. And even better, I didn't have to have new outlets put in, or replace any duct work except for the return air ducts which had been too small for even the original units. Thank you Spencer and Climate Pro.

July 7. 2023..today Richard and Andy came out to fix a noise problem with the compressor of one of my new units. When the house was built years ago the original HVAC company put the pipes in the wall of my front bedroom and both units are right outside this room. It has always been noisy but the new unit vibration was even louder. Richard tried several different things before finding the solution to my problem. He and Andy worked for several hours in this hot weather until I was happy with the results. He explained what he was going to try and what the result could be as he went along. He checked the noise level outside and inside the house and asked if I had any questions for him more than once. Thank you Climate Pro for being responsive to my needs and thank you Richard and Andy for working until the issue was resolved.

Spencer was great! He was knowledgeable about our A/C and the warranty we have. He identified and fixed the problem within 10 minutes of being here! He was respectful and we really appreciated the quick service. We also bought the monthly gold membership.

Once the Tech Sam got here he was very professional and friendly. He was able to target the issue quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him again.

We are first time customers, and if Mark’s customer service is any indication of Climate Pro as a whole, they have made us long-term customers! We were offered a very discounted rate for a tune-up, and Mark had some suggestions for additional maintenance as well as a part that needs replacement. I never felt pressured to move forward with these additional services, and Mark even went so far as to share video and photos of the areas of concern. We will be calling Climate Pro if we decide to move forward with his recommendations, and if not, we’ll still turn to them for our next tune up and beyond.

Had a Great experience with Dane. He was on time and kept me informed through the whole process of my ac maintenance.. He was also so much fun to talk to about anything. He did a Great job and I love it when there is no mess left behind. Great job Dane!
