I love to share good news. And the good news is Climate Pro. I’ve been using them for my maintenance and they have always been professional and thorough. They always confirm they’re coming and keep me informed. The service techs Always show up with a smile.

Spencer was absolutely fantastic. He communicated his timeline/ explained the work/ and fixed my air conditioner.

He was respectful, professional, thorough, and efficient.

I can’t say enough good things about Richard and his team. Richard went above and beyond to put my mind at ease at every step of installing our new AC unit. His work ethic and customer service is what we need more of in this day and age. Seems like no one takes pride in their trade anymore but Richard showed the pride in his work all the way until the end of a very long day. He made my husband and I feel like we mattered that our family mattered. I will definitely be requesting Richard for all of our AC installs going forward.

Each time they came out they found something wrong with my unit. It is only 5 years old! They told me I needed to replace a part that wouldn't be adaptable to the 220 voltage coming into the unit. That was a good charge. Sold me on the gold club saying I would move to top of list if I needed service. THAT didn't happen. Pay them $16.99 monthly for this Gold Club. Each time a tech would come out, they would find something wrong and tell me it needed to be replaced. I finally got tired of being taken advantage of and canceled ALL services from this company today. I do not trust them.

Spencer and Jonathan were at our home to adjust air flow and AC check. LOVE the work they did to keep our home cool - professional, efficient, and friendly. Can't imagine working with another AC company .... Climate Pro is THE best!

Today I had the pleasure of getting one of friendliest, professional techs by the name of Caden come to check the condition of my heater and A/C. He was prompt, very thorough, gave me details of each unit, made some adjustments to the heater's entry of dust and left everything clean and in order. I hope he will come again in 6 months. Matt from Climate Pro and his assistant Jose removed my old unit and installed a complete new heat pump/ AC
system and did so in a very timely manner. They both worked hard until the job was done. Matt was very knowledgeable and his expertise showed. Very personable young men. It was a very pleasant experience.

Paul is Happy first and foremost. He is very responsive and knowledgeable about AC units. He checks everything from ventilation to attic system and the AC unit itself. When asked to explain the system, he took the time to explain so that I understood what was happening. Thanks Paul. I look forward to seeing you at the next maintenance check. Cool and Happy client!

Spencer was fantastic. In dact all of the Climate Pro techs gave been great. But Spencer went above and beyond. We're glad to have your team helping us in difficult situations.

Called Climate Pro LLC last week for an estimate on replacing the furnace and a/c unit. Surprisingly they were able to come out the very next day with the short notice.

James showed up on time, even early to the appointment. That prior communication from the office and him personally was great and appreciated.

Even though it was mid-afternoon on a Friday, James spent ample time and did a thorough job sizing up the equipment, taking measurements, and even recorded video for a detailed job estimate. I have an attic furnace and James took those measurements up there as well.

Entire time James was very personable, friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the product and services offered.

I hardly write reviews but in current time, I will take the time now to mention a company and/or person who went above and beyond. For example, afterwards James showed me the attic video he taken that outlined all the work to be performed. He went further in my attic than I ever did.

It is clear to me James enjoys what he does and looks for other's best interest and concern. I highly recommend Climate Pro LLC even for an estimate to compare their quality to maybe the lack of other companies.
