Climate Pro LLC Air Conditioning and Heating

We had a great experience with Climate Pro. James and Matt fixed out AC unit. They diagnosed the problem and gave options on how to get it fixed. They arrived on time and were able to explain the problem and the solutions. We appreciated their same day service!

They contacted me several time to provide updates for my appointment and the tech's arrival time. The tech was pleasant, helpful, and did a great job cleaning my A/C. He also showed me photos of the condition of my unit and was very informative about the condition of my A/C unit. I signed up for the regular maintenance service and was very pleased overall.

I like the service and the work the techs do, but I feel like they are sales men. Because they always find something that needs replacing or cleaning and want immediate action. I like to review the findings and make decision on my own without pressure. I pay a monthly fee and should get more of a discount or better price on parts or work needed.

I just moved into a new home and wanted a service & maintenance on the AC system. Dane was very helpful and professional. Took the time to make sure things were done right, which I truly appreciate.

Paul was easy to work with, did his thing without disturbing our
normal morning routines. He was honest about not knowing much about an air purifier that we had installed by another contractor but at same time knew his stuff about the major components of our system. We felt good after service was completed.

Great experience working with Spencer on testing my ducts for leaks. He's very courteous and professional and honest with the assessment. It turned out not to need sealing, but a cleaning was recommended.
Jason came out to do the duct cleaning the next day. He was very thorough with the cleaning and getting all through the duct work and returns. He was even thorough cleaning up so we weren't left with a mess, just clean air and vents!

Jason was very thorough and conscientious in cleaning our ducts and vents. He explained what he was doing and why. He answered any questions we had and was delightful personally. We were impressed with his work ethic and his commitment to doing the job right. Bravo, Jason!

After having to deal with water damage twice within two years that ruined a brand new redone laundry room. Which two different “reputable” HVAC companies were involved in and yet wiped their hands of. I finally felt someone was interested in listening to me and finding the problem ! Spencer was great the minute he showed up at my house. Took his time to listen to the issues I was experiencing and cared to address them. After finding multiple problems with my aging unit he took the time to show each one to me. After talking it over he explained that he would be having a supervisor out ASAP to go over all of my options which included the possibility of a new unit. Once Matt arrived my great service continued. As Spencer did before him Matt listened and cared. I felt like they wanted to get to the bottom of my AC issues as much as I did. The knowledge and information they both shared with me made me feel empowered to make a better decision. It is hard to find a company where no matter who you talk to you get consistent customer service at the same level. From my first call to the office for help to the install team walking me through very throughly everything they did I received a top notch service level. I have finally found an HVAC company I can count on.

Sam was great,friendly and thorough. He fixed the problem after hours at about 10am and not only is air working but it is better then its been in 3 years. Blowing harder and cooler. Had to raise my Stat from 76 to 78. Thanks

Totally recommend Spencer! Needed a repair today which is Sunday and he drove and over an hour to come out and fix my AC. He gave more information than other employees. Thank you so much for taking time out of you weekend to help me with my AC Unit.
