We have a 10 year old system that could be nearing its life. Spencer gave us some great options based on our budget that could extend the life of our AC instead of just pushing us to buying a new AC. They were in the attic for several hours making adjustments and cleaning the coil. They took before and after pictures to show us before and after of the work they did. Great job!

Had Climate Pro out end of April for a “check up” for our AC unit which was working beautifully. They found 3 things that needed immediate repair, “luckily still under warranty “ - They still verbally quoted $7,000 to fix. Mind you they not only wanted to sell us a new unit instead, but re-duct our entire house.
My wife and I needed time to consider- paid our $49, and asked the necessary repairs and test results completed in writing. We were assured by tech Chris, it would be emailed that day. Never came.
We called the office- assured it takes up to 48 hours but those quotes and tests are on there way to you! NEVER CAME.
Tech Chris called back to schedule the repairs- asked a third time for the documentation that I had paid for- and guess what?? WE RECEIVED NOTHING.
I guess I’m lucky- because red flag warnings were heeded and we got the necessary preventative repair done for $475. And the licensed HVAC tech that came out to help us said “warranties only cover failed parts, not worn parts”. Which we verified with our units manufacturer. So, that was Climate Pro’s lie number 4.
My best advice to anyone reading this prior to contacting Climate Pro- DONT!! Avoid them. They are not honest, nor do they care about their clientele. Go to your Neighborhood app and ask for a solid recommendation. You will thank me later!!
