Nino and Raven spearheaded a team that was both professional and courteous. The worked on a hot day in my attic to install a new heating system and outside for the A/C. I'm very pleased with Viking's response and speed in taking care of my HVAC issues. I recommend their service.

Replaced out AC unit for a fair price. Nino and Raven came out and did a great job with install and clean up. Very responsive and quick with replacing out old unit.

I was told by Emergency Air Heating and Cooling that I had mold in my AC unit and they suggested that I replace the entire unit immediately. The technician tried to use fear to push me into making an on the spot decision and wanted to replace the unit the next day at a cost of over $14,000. When I asked about the use of UV lighting to treat the mold the technician insulted me by raising his voice and talking to me in a very condescending manor and did not discuss the option of UV lighting. I held him accountable for the way he was treating me and basically told him to leave. My employer uses Viking Heating and Air Conditioning so I decided to try them. The person I spoke with to schedule an inspection was courteous and friendly. Technicians, Owen and Neno were wonderful to work with. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As it turned out the mold was not that bad and a UV ozone light was installed, the unit was cleaned and I received a good report on the unit, no need to replace saving me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Viking Heating and Air Conditioning, they are A-1.

I really enjoyed working with Viking Heating and Air Conditioning! They were friendly and professional. I replaced my A/C, added a outlet to my laundry room, replaced the elbow joint and air exchange as part of the job and everything came out flawlessly. Super happy with their work!

Viking installed a new American Standard unit in my house 5 years ago. I decided to have an annual "tune-up" from a major HVAC company in the valley that advertised a very inexpensive check-up. Their tech told me that it was necessary to replace and install a new TXV. They estimated that it would be $1286 for labor alone. Viking provided a FREE second opinion. I was advised by Mike, the Viking tech, that everything was running perfectly. Viking saved me over $1200!! Caveat Emptor...let the buyer beware!

It’s always a better experience when you have true professionals like Nino and Raven, the guys showed up hit it hard replacing the unit, coil, and furnace. Can’t even tell they were here when they left, absolutely no mess. Thanks guys

My heat stopped working so I called these guys because they had good reviews. He came over and found some loose wires, so he fixed them and only charged me the service call. I had no idea why my heat wouldn’t work. They could’ve charged me all kinds of bogus stuff, but no, they are honest folks. I will definitely Be using them for future needs!

Price was in retrospect higher than average in my particular case. Otherwise service was ok, quick to respond.

Edit: after doing some more research $440 is high for a c-wire replacement. Would suggest other customers call around first to avoid the same mistake.

Glad I discovered this family owned company. I was greatly impressed with the communication, the timeliness, price, the employees, the installation & hands on working owner. Our old Goodman was tired and was 14 years old, and needed to be retired. I look forward to years of dependable service with the New American Standard furnace, coil, and air conditioner and hope this continues to be good working relationship over the years with Viking. We were on the outskirts of their work area,, but was assured in a service emergency their response would be the same as if we were in Chandler. . They answered all questions, even taking extra time to demonstrate and show us how the new WiFi thermostat is setup and works. They took extra steps to minimize the enlargement needed of the attic entrance to accomodate the new furnace and coil which resulted in a cost savings to me, not needing a Sheetrock/Texture guy! They left the premises cleaned up and neat. And they had said it will take 6 hours. and it was just that. thank you VIKING HEATING & AIR.

Owen was the technician that came out for service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service was very quick! He did an awesome job. I will definitely be using Viking for future service.
