We had a new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal installed. I want to be clear here. The technician, Ty, was amazing! He was down-to-earth, kind, & professional and very skilled. Our complaint is with the company itself. We were scheduled for an estimate and Ty was not able to make it within the window we were scheduled for. Then we scheduled for the work to be done which was all to be completed in one visit. That day, we were contacted and told that Ty was on his way. I left home (my husband stayed) with our dogs so that they would not disturb him while he worked. After 2 1/2 hours, Ty still did not show up. This is incompetence on the part of the dispatchers or whomever it is that contacts customers when the techs are 'en route'. Because of this scheduling mishap, our one-day job turned into 2 days. On the second day, we were again told Ty was on his way. Once again, this was an incorrect estimate. When Ty was finally able to get here, he completed the work and we were very pleased with the job he did until the garbage disposal began leaking beneath the sink. So glad they have a warranty service. To their credit, they did send a technician out that day (not Ty) who did a very good job for us; however, we probably would not recommend Thomas Home Services unless you don't care about your time being wasted and having to be held hostage in your house waiting on a technician.

I spoke with Emily who immediately contacted a few of their technicians. Due to it being a holiday weekend, and technicians off, Billy answered the call. I’m super impressed with the same day service, and Billy getting to my house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes, and the price of the part was cheaper than their competitors. I’m extremely thankful for both Emily and Billy, especially with my wife being 37 weeks pregnant. Both seem to enjoy what they do, and it shows!!! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Highly recommend this company. They are locally owned which is a plus and they were extremely accommodating in my situation.

The AC at my house went out on Monday morning and with my wife being 38 weeks pregnant, we were a bit panicked about staying at home.

I was put in contact with Thomas Home Services through my home warranty and once they received the work order they got someone out ASAP. Big shout out to Emily who was extremely empathetic of our situation and was able to get approval to have Riley the technician come out a day early to fix the issue.

Riley was very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. He was polite entering the house and walked me thru all of the possible reasons for the issue until he found it and then applied a quick fix. Riley was extremely thorough to make sure all of the other system of the AC inside and outside were up to standard before he left, which was appreciated.

Riley was an exceptional technician completely determine to find the resolution to fix the problem. He expended close to 3 hours checking, trouble shooting and inspecting and double checking his work. I will recommend the company he represents to any one. Thank you very much for your service.

Jesse was awesome! Came over early (with notice of course), diagnosed the problem quickly, found the part and even picked it up and returned to install all in the same day! Very informative and helpful! Will definitely use this company again and recommend to others based on this experience!

Jeremy is an excellent technician, personable, thorough and a great communicator. I think this washer works better than it ever has since I’ve owned this home. Came, assessed job, gave estimate, got parts and fixed it all same day. Give this guy a raise! 🤗🤗🤗 thanks again for exceeding my expectations!

Professional service from start to finish. Jeremy showed yon time to install our new dishwasher. While I am sure he has a ton of experience installing this type of applicance, he took the time to read through the installation instructions to make sure he did it correctly for this model. He even cleaned up all of the packing material from the new dishwasher. I would definitely use this company again.

I have not had an issue with Thomas Home Services. Had our AC go out in the summer and they were quick to get us a new one within the week! We recently had Bryan come out for an annual service tune-up and he was kind, helpful, knowledgable, and overall very friendly. Would recommend!

Initial experience was not great, but I received a call from Emily explaining what happened and asking if I could give them another chance. I understand things happen so I did and I am very happy I made that decision. The onsite tech Jeremy was fantastic and did a great job repairing my dishwasher. This local, family owned business, will absolutely be my 1st call should I need service for my appliances in the future.

Needed someone to come out quickly and get our washer/dryer up and running. They not only came out quickly but the technician gave me a lot of great info on how to keep my appliances running well, which was super helpful. Would recommend and will use them again.
