Horrible customer service, had a tech scheduled for last week. No show. Had another appointment for this morning between 8am-10am. No show. Called multiple times with no answer. I'd leave zero stars if it let me.

They did a home warranty repair and Claudio Garcia did an excellent job! He checked everything and made sure the system is working. He explained every details that we need to look out for. Very professional and courteous. Ask for Claudio and I am sure the rest of their team are awesome. Thanks for your fast and efficient service!

On June of 2022, My A.C was not working properly so I contacted my insurance. the insurance company sent out Thomas Home Service (THS) to repair my A.C. They sent out their first technician which I found out later that he was a very inexperienced technician. THS technician examined my A.C and he stated the fan motor blew out. After he left, believing he repaired the A.C, that night it was blowing hot air. I called the next day about the issue and THS stated that it will be another week to sent out another technician to find the issue. I couldn’t wait so I hired another technician fro to get a second opinion. When he came out he stated that the technician from THS had cause major damage beyond repair. THS technician had the fan blowing inside the unit causing a oil leak in my unit. When the second technician came out from THS, i explained to him what happen. That’s when he told me that his company sends out the low level inexperienced technician first. unbelievable. Anyways he couldn’t repair it and he advised his supervisor. Fast forward to August of 2022, I had to call my insurance since THS don’t answer my calls to get an update on when THS coming back to my place To fix my a.c unit. my insurance told me that Thomas Home service was not going to come back out and they are not claiming responsibility for the damages that they have done. I had to pay out of pocket to hire another company to replace my unit. I was so angry because I had to wait About two months to get an update. And I had to call. No one called me. So if you thinking about calling Thomas Home service to get your A.C unit repaired reconsidered and call some one else. Do not call this company!!

Tyler is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! He came out and inspected our unit that would not kick on. He was on time, honest and reasonable. He recommended the "must do's" but also suggested additional services that would prevent problems from happening in the future. We will definitely request him for our future repairs, services and inspections. THANKS TYLER!

They sent somebody out on Thursday and he said he couldn't fix the A/C and that somebody else would come between 11:00 and 1:00 on Tuesday. I called at 1:00 on Tuesday and Melissa said he was running behind and would be there between 1:00 and 3:00. I called at 3:00 and Melissa said he had just finished his previous job and was on his way to our house. I called again at about 6:45 and they were closed. I called the after hours number and left a detailed message. No call. We got a call this morning that we were scheduled today between 2:00 and 4:00. So why weren't we first on their list today since they LIED TO ME THREE TIMES YESTERDAY??? So here we are again. Still no technician. I would go with a more reputable company if you could.

Thomas Home Service did a great job on our regular A/C checkup. Our technician, Cody Owen was very professional and gave us great suggestions for how to prevent problems from occurring in the future. Thanks for the great service, will use again!

Tyler and Deondrea were very thorough, explained all aspects of what they were doing in great detail, and answered all questions that we asked. Both service men were highly professional and carried themselves in a very respectful manner. They were prompt, friendly, and were able to fix our downstairs AC unit quickly and efficiently. We will definitely reach out to Thomas Home Services again for future AC needs.

Tyler the technician was very professional, asking right up front if he can enter and exit the house as needed. After the work done on the AC, he took the time to break down everything he checked and did, showing me pictures of the various parts and advising of what things may need work going forward versus what was looking good. It is rare to get this level of service from an AC Technician, especially when they are chosen by our home warranty company. I would definitely recommend working with both Thomas Home Services and Tyler in particular.

12.2 2022 Nathen was great, professional and efficient. Great asset to your company. 7.27.2022 I have been using Thomas Home Services for many years and they never let me down. Ty came out to do a plumbing inspection and noted a few things that needed attention. Chris and Ty were quick efficient and very knowledgeable. I am grateful to have such a company work on my mobile home. Great job guys... New Faucet and drain in mater bath, and new water heater. awesome!

Professors of Plumbing installed a new AC/Heat unit on my mobile - i am very pleased with their work and attention to detail. Don just came out today to do the maintenance and he was awesome. So far i have not had a bad experience with any of their reps or servicemen.
I appreciate their attention to all details on the job and their courtesy to me as a customer.
