I called Thomas home services after feeling cool air instead of warm when my heat I had change the thermostat up to 75 Wednesday night. They promptly dispatch someone the same day to my home. Bryan was the HVAC technician they sent and was I glad he quickly analyzed what the problem was up on the roof. He went out without a hesitation and returned. He told me in simple terms. What the problem was. He was professional and told me what he was going to do and how he was saving money and how I would save money on my heating bill. I wanted to give it time so I could see and feel if what he did worked. Last night, I was happy and comfortable that Heating what is providing heat, but it wasn’t running constantly like before. On one at around 2 AM for short intervals the temperature was comfortable. I had it set at 70 this morning it came on. It’s working great. Brian is an excellent professional technician amiable. Nice and agile. He was not able to get up on that roof two or three times he fixed it I highly recommend him. Home services without hesitation.

Just want to say how AMAZING BRYAN from Thomas home services is! Absolutely super knowledgeable, very professional, through and did an amazing job! We are renters and my landlord is super cheap and doesn’t want to pony up for her tenants, well, Bryan came to the rescue and is currently working on our system. I am doing this review ahead of time because of how professional he was just the first 20 mins of being in my home! I am so thankful they sent him! They last people my landlord sent from a different company didn’t know what they were talking about! Bryan knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Thank you Bryan!!!

I used Thomas Home Service for an HVAC tune-up. This has been my second time using them without home warranty because calling them directly is less expensive. They were prompt with returning calls and arrival time. My technician was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Although I will have home warranty cover repairs, I was offered a great deal through Thomas. I appreciate the value in the tune-up and will use them again in the future!

I had a plumbing issue with an outside faucet. Hector did a great job ensuring I understood not only the immediate issue but also how to ensure there would be no longer term problems. I’m very happy with his work!

Our heater wasn't working, Brian came and didn't rest until he had every component working effectively again. He was great and explained what had gone wrong and was very thorough making sure every issue was taken care of to a high standard. Very impressed and glad we started using Thomas for our home repairs.

I had THS come quote installing a bathroom sink for me. They quoted a ridiculous price of $1200, but only told me that after having a tech come to my home for a service fee. I asked if the price would be different if I bought the sink elsewhere myself, and they said no, this is the price either way... so why did I waste my money on the service fee when they could have told me the cost over the phone, or at least a range depending on options?

These are shady business practices.

The tech who came out was quite kind. I felt bad for him because he know the price was ridiculous - I could see it in his demeanor. I hope he finds a company to work for that doesn't put him in those challenging situations due to their intensely inflated prices.
