Has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. I filed a claim with my warranty company on 4/5/22. Today is 6/6/22, and my AC issue is still not resolved. I’m tired of calling this company to be told “someone will call you back from dispatch” what do you think happens? No call. Over 2 months of dealing with these folks and my AC is still not fixed. I tell them that I have small children sweating at night because the “fix” they did is not working. Does anyone there care? They are showing me they do not. Terrible experience and it continues.
6/7/22 - the terribleness continues. I called yesterday and “dispatch will call you”, call never came. I finally get a hold of someone and they have the nerve to tel me that they did me a favor by sending two techs out to try to fix the unit almost 2 weeks ago. I told them they could have sent the entire company and it wouldn’t have mattered if my AC is still not working. Which it still is not working.
6/8/22- promised a call back, none made. GARBAGE service

2 of my 3 units went out. My home warranty contracted Thomas. All the technicians who came out including the service manager were professional and very knowledgeable. I signed up for their VIP service and using the phone really helped. All of those who answer the phone were great. Highly recommend

Bryan showed up perfectly on time after they had communicated via text when they would be here. Super informative and willing to help me understand what they are doing and why. He did not seem like he was trying to sell us something, while still solving our problem. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING service!! Mateo and Elam were diligent in making sure my A/C was fixed. I have a newborn and they were so sweet and respectful. Very professional, informative and quick! I recommend this company to anyone looking for a/c repair!

How do you spell Angel? As of this past Monday, I spell it Alex Thammaronga, the air conditioning technician from Thomas Home Services. My AC was totally dead and in a manufactured home it was becoming an oven. Alex was not only efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, he went above and beyond explaining the problem and options. Never once did he try to up sell or add services. He understood my specific problems, called his supervisor for options, and promised to get me the best resolution and the best price possible. WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED THE SAME EVENING! Alex kept his promise and the Thomas company is everything you would want in a AC repair company. I wish they sold used cars too. Lol. Their motto should be the GOLDEN RULE because that is their philosophy. Love them.

My A/C went out and so we called this company and was very excited since they said a tech would come over that same day. A tech was on time and after 2 hours he fixed our air, so he thought. After 5 minutes it completely turned off and there was no air at all. I called the company right away and right away they dispatched him to come back, he said maybe it was the compressor so he checked the compressor after that it was not the compressor and it’s something else that he was going to need a level two tech to come out and take a look at. By this time he was already at my house for over five hours and so I assumed somebody would be over the next day. When customer service called me back they said it earliest they could have a technician would be Monday…. This means waiting in the heat with no AC for five more days! I feel like the company and this technician wasted my time took me away from work and now me and my 3 kids and are living in this house and have no AC. I’ve tried calling other companies but no other company will touch my unit since this company has already “started” work but not completed their work. I am beyond Frustrated and disappointed in this company

Would not reccommend using this company at all. A/C went out on Sunday and the earliest a tech could come out was Thursday afternoon. My home warranty company gave me this company's name to use. Called the company on Sunday to schedule an appointment and no one answered or returned my calls. I had to call 14 times on Monday to speak with someone to get an appointment scheduled and they scheduled 4 days out. The tech came on Thursday and said he did not have a part to fix my unit and would be out first thing Friday morning between 7am-8am. No one showed up or called to let me know the tech could not make it so I started calling at 8:30 to see what was going on. After being on hold for 20 mins and speaking to someone who then transferred me to someone else, I was told the previous tech was having van issues and would not be able to make it. I was told a 32 foot ladder was needed to get on my roof, so they were looking for a tech who could accommodate that. I can get on my roof using a 8-10 foot ladder and let them know that. Miracously they found a tech who could come out as promised. There seemed to be no sense of urgency or empathy at all from anyone that was spoken with, which is horrible considering this is AZ and the temps are well over 100 degrees this week. This also doesn't seem like it's a one time bad experience for someone using this company either based off of reviews either.
