Our dishwasher was leaking the last time we used it. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the potential reasons that dishwashers leak. Nothing was found to be wrong with our unit, however, I now know what to look for if another leak happens.

We have used Thomas Home Services multiple times over the last fifteen years keeping our AC unit functioning in the hot AZ summers. When we finally decided to buy a whole new unit a few months ago, we shopped around trying to find the best deal for the money. Will Thomas came in with a very competitive bid. His workers replaced our entire unit outside and up in the attic in one several hour visit, evening adding an extra worker in the late afternoon to insure the job was finished that day. Our new unit is quieter, more efficient, and the wireless thermostat they installed allows us to control the ac from our phones.

Bryan showed up to our service call and was AMAZING! KNOWLEDGEABLE, patient, and just the best tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with!

Tyler arrived at our home today to service our AC. He was very professional, courteous , empathetic, and had a genuine concern of our issue. He went above and beyond to ensure that much needed cool air was once again flowing. Tyler was an absolute gem, but I am sure your company is already aware of his greatness. Thanks again Tyler.

Maytag washing machine repair. Mathew Lopez knew what he was doing. Had to leave to get a part. Came back a few hours later fixed

Tyler was helpful, friendly, and professional. He listened to our issues and addressed each one individually. He took pictures, then explained each one and every step he was taking to us in detail.
