This is a dishonest, shady company. I would definitely NEVER hire them! Thomas Home Services was dispatched to my home via my home warranty to repair my downstairs a/c unit that stopped cooling. This has been the absolute worst experience, I’m surprised they are even in business. First, during the initial call they scheduled me for 4 days out , but sent a confirmation for 5 days out. (I’m in AZ it’s well above 100 degrees) No biggie, I can wait another day. Then on the day of service they call me to push me out another day. At this point I feel like I’m at their mercy, so agree. When the tech came out, he was unprofessional, seemed like he was on something. He did not tell me what causing the unit not to cool and immediately tried to sell me a new unit instead of determining what the issue was. Even after speaking to his manager, my only option was to buy a new unit. I declined and asked them submit the report to my home warranty, then I’ll decide next steps. After a week there has been no report submitted and they wouldn’t even answer calls from the warranty provider.
A different company was assigned and it was a day and night experience. I was scheduled within 1 day and the a/c unit was repaired. A new motor was needed and installed. All covered under my warranty.
AMAZING company ! Had Yearly maintenance done. The price was very reasonable . Tyler explained what he was going to do and was knowledgeable on the whole system, he was on time , professional and courteous. I didn’t even need to tell him what the previous problems were, as soon as he came down from the roof he knew all of them already and explained to me why they were happening. I learned so much about my a/c!!!! Tyler went above and beyond what I had anticipated . I will go with this company EACH and EVERY year.!
Kelly was quick to diagnose the issue we were having with our Samsung oven. He also took the time to look at our refrigerator and diagnose that issue as well. Would highly recommend.
Ty arrived well prepared and kept me informed on his plans and progress. He did troubleshooting on water heater and determined replacement needed. He also replaced water spout for tub.Ty was very professional.
Great service and the serviceman was extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job finding,explaining, and fixing the issue. Will be doing business with Thomas home services again

Where do I start? If you could give a 7star rating, i'd give them that. Absolutely amazing, incredible, and truly remarkable service from Tyler. Not only did he stay 3 hours past his time to make sure my 3yr old &;1yr old had AC, he treated my family, well.. like- family. They were able to get me in 3 days early as well. On top of all of this, the part we first got was too powerful, and it was after hours(6-7pm) on Friday, these technicians are tired, I'm sure they want to get out of the sun, BUT ANOTHER Thomas employee went 55miles out of his way to drive us the correct part! They cared enough to make sure I wasn't a number, they didn't have to do all of this, but they did. For whoever is looking for a new company, stop, this is it. Thank you Tyler & the other employee again for truly caring, and making us feel like we mattered. Gained a customer for life.
Had scheduled 2 separate times and they no showed both times even though the called and text saying they were on their way. Wasted 2 days waiting on them. Absolutely horrible experience and would not let this business anywhere near friends and family!
I had a last minute A/C repair needed towards the end of the day, and Thomas Services was incredibly responsive and had a tech out in 30 minutes. Tyler S. was our technician, and was nothing short of incredible! We've had issues with our a/c unit two years in a row; each of those "repairs" clearly had not done a great job. Tyler explained the entire situation, and made it clear the steps that needed to be made to make sure our a/c unit is a well oiled machine moving forward. Not only was Tyler incredibly knowledgeable, but also very professional and thorough. He did not cut any corners, and made sure he explained the repairs so I (a person who knows nothing about A/Cs) had a complete understanding. He even spent the time to let me pick his brain about random topics to make my unit run more efficiently. Thomas Services, you have a great employee on your hands! Thanks again!
