Previously I had some issues with the service of the company when I wrote a not so good review the company immediately reached out to see how they could fix the problem was not expecting that was just going to let it go and move on. They sent someone out first thing Monday morning to address my concerns I appreciate the follow up and addressing the problem would use them again thank you

Matthew was very professional. Attentive and courteous. He checked my GE Cafe dishwasher, located the problem and executed the repair in short time

Finding the problem with the furnace/air conditioner was difficult, but Bryan analysis the problems and solved them one by one which took hours. Very detailed in explaining the process, brought us up to date on how we could expand the life of our ac, very professional and thoughtful of our budget.

Called THS and they came out the next morning. Brian was fantastic, installed smart thermostat and we had to replace transformer because it's an old system. Did some other tests while in the AC and realized compressor was pulling very low amps. Installed a compressor saver. Had all parts ready to go. Will use THS again.

Riley was very helpful and took all the time needed to diagnose and fix our air conditioning issue.
