Mike was the technician that came out to our home and he provided quick and competent service that got our air in working condition again! He was flexible, reliable, and friendly! I would definitely use this provider again.

I've used Viking a few times this summer to repair my old AC unit. They are always LIGHTNING FAST to respond and everyone who works there is amazingly sweet and kind. I would recommend them 100 times over to any homeowner in the Valley who needs help with their AC! 10/10 do recommend. :)

Excellent service! I came home after vacation only to find out my A/C had gone out. After putting in a call on there after hours line, Casey called me back and scheduled an appointment right away. Kelly was out within a few hours and had the A/C up and running in no time.

I cannot express how happy we are with this company!!! Recently our mother passed away and in the midst of chaos her AC went out 2 days later, making a tough situation tougher!!! A local Company was called out to assess the AC unit and we were quoted $8000 to fix it...Family friends referred us to VIKING just to get a second opinion, & within a few hours and 1 phone call we were met by Mark the Technician. He was on time, Courteous and professional understanding that we had been through such a hard situation. 20 mins later To our surprise the unit was up and working again and definitely not $8000!!! He recommended a small adjustment and changed the batteries in the Thermostat and we were up and running again for just the service fee cost!
This company really, really saved our family alot of stress, anxiety & money! I would recommend this company 1000 times to anyone wanting a fair and honest job done! Our family thanks you so so much!!!

This company has Awsum people working for it! My AC went out on a 100+ degree, AZ summer day & the Wonderful people at Viking came out the same day & Thankfully it was an easy fix & my AC was repaired on their 1st visit. Many, many Thanks!!

Go with Viking! I needed emergency ac repair before 116° forecast. I called a few 24hr companies hoping someone can come out before 10am. Viking was the only business that answered at 6am. Kellie came out as fast as he could and repaired my ac unit. He truly cares about his customers, he's honest and hard working. Pricing was fair as well, can't complain. As a person who is extremely cautious (afraid of being taken advantage of) when hiring repair companies, I did a great deal of research on various A/C repair company options before hiring Viking Air, and did so because Kelly actually made me feel that he wanted to help me and NOT RIP ME OFF by quoting things I did not need to have done.

I can honestly say without a doubt there is no A/C company I would ever use but Viking Air. His entire staff treated me with respect and went above and beyond to explain the process and what to expect. The price was VERY FAIR and super fast. Kelly actually answers the phone when you call with questions, and is appreciative of the business I gave him.

Today, a Saturday, I came home from morning errands to find a steamy house that was 3 degrees hotter than the thermostat setting. Having just replaced the AC unit about 5 years prior, the realization that it was not working properly was appalling. I had severed ties with the company that sold me the unit and didn't quite know where to turn. I called 3 other companies before I found Viking. Each of them spoke of extra weekend service call fees and and gave longwinded sales pitches about the benefits of committing to a long-term service contract. But when I called Viking, I connected with a technician, Mike Handrahan, directly. Mike was in the process of a service call and assured me that he would be able to come to assess my AC unit as soon as his current job was completed at no extra charge. Mike presented himself as a decent, trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable technician. He explained what the problem was and gave choices of how it could be addressed at a reasonable, up front price. Every facet of their operation was exceptional; starting with the initial phone call, proposal, scheduling the job, planning, installation and walking me through the completed work.
