Ground Zero Plumbing & AC

I highly recommend GroundZero! 11 out of 10.
Brian, the owner, spent lots of time explaining which brand, size AC w/b best for my home & situation, since I keep my house at 82, why having a 2-stage AC would mean turning itself on & off lots.
He also gave me a great deal, $2500 and $$2300 less than 2 other estimates for the same make/model. & $3500 less than another co estimate with a brand less rated by Consumer Reports & only 14 seer.
His entire staff was professional, courteous, cheerful & efficient.
The day after the installation, another technician spent an hour or so verifying all was ok!
In other words, all totally fantastic!

What a great business. We had the owner get us out of a HUGE jam last year and now we never call another HVAC company.

Speed of service -> they were the first company to appear. When we needed them again, they were able to come within hours.

Quality of staff -> clearly the leadership at Ground Zero only hires and maintains the best staff. Eric Provencio today was amazing - punctual, thorough, courteous, and friendly.

Services -> the hero club is awesome. They actually call us to remind us about free services... not a sales call either. Last year they worked in the sweltering heat of our attic for nearly 7 hours into the middle of the night to resolve our poorly installed system. We had at least 5 different HVAC companies over the years, but Ground Zero was the first to get our system working like it should.

Even though we have a home warranty, we will always call Ground Zero for our HVAC needs. We learned the hard way that you get what you pay for, and being cheap and easy with HVAC in Arizona is a bad idea.

Ultimately, we really can’t thank them enough, and I wish more businesses cared about their customers and quality of work as Ground Zero does.

I used this company to have a new AC installed, and to have extra ducts and vents put in. If I remember correctly my technicians names were Cory, and Anthony. Not only were they on time but they were early. They explained to me everything that was going to be done. Along the way, anytime I had a question, they both answered my questions quickly, and accurately. They were professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have AC work or a new install done. Great job guys! Please note...I could not remember the other techs name, but when I checked over some paperwork, I found it. I wanted my review to reflect both techs.

Sam showed up early, fixed our issue and was super chill with my dogs. Would recommend. I would NOT recommend leaking into your downstairs neighbors apartment however. I don't think they like me very much now.

Tyler and his team have been phenomenal. There was some misinformation given to me by my apartment complex about my AC install and ground zero personally called me to go over everything and make sure everything was being taken care of. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and AC issues! Even the contractors doing the install were really friendly and respectful of my living space being very cautious of not damaging or getting anything dirty during install!

Mike and Cody came out to replace a broken pipe which hendered me from using my kitchen sink. Let me say they both did an amazing job. Once the pipe replacement was complete, they made efforts to notify my neighbor to ensure they were not experiencing any leakage; however, they were not available. A nice size cut was made into the wall in order to access the pipe, and they cleaned the area prior to leaving!! Job well done!!

Great service from the guys at ground zero! Everything works perfectly now and they left the place spotless!

Frank came out today to replace our AC unit and repair some things inside the walls. He was on time, professional, explained in layman's terms what he was doing and overall was great to work with. I definitely would recommend him and his crew for AC needs. He did the job in less time than I expected and him and his crew were very courteous of our home and belongings. He even cleaned up after himself from the drywall dust and other debris.
