Mike was very thorough and wanted to make sure our new shower was exactly how I wanted it! He showed me what he was doing every step of the way and swapped things out and measured everything for me so I could compare different options.

I was not only impressed by the work the technicians, Derek and Juan, performed but also by their professionalism. They took the time to explain what the issues were with my unit and made me feel comfortable that they were not trying to sell me on somethng that I did not need. The customer service was beyond my expectation and I will continue to do business with Derek and Juan specifically! I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

I want to acknowledge Derek Franki for his professional handling of my AC emergency. He showed up on time and was very kind in explaining everything to me. Knowing nothing about all of this, he was extremely patient with my questions on what was going on. He did an amazing job of trouble shooting my HVAC problem. I also wanted to say thank you to Chris Degeer who came by to help solve the issues that were plaguing my AC. They both represented the best of customer service in a time when it is not easily found. Ground Zero you do have a couple of Hero's!

Hunter was professional and did his job quickly. I had a plumbing issue in the bathroom sink. Water would not go down the drain. This was not due to a clog of hair or debris. He diagnosed it was a clog of buildup from hardwater and he fixed it and the leaky pipe.

Derek is an Awesome Tech! He explained everything that needed to be done and answered any and all questions I had about Ground Zero services and the Very Affordable Hero Club that I am now a member too.

Great company, highly recommended. Sam & Cody and the Ground Zero crew came out and replaced multiple AC units in my complex that were very old. Great work, fast, efficient, with great communication. Highly recommend this company. Ask for Sam & Cody - they'll take care of you.

5/27/21 Update - Water heater broke and Ground Zero came out the next day to fix it. Bill and team did an excellent job and even stayed late to get the job done. Best company out there. Highly recommended!

Great experience using Ground Zero for an A/C replacement. Mike was excellent from the start giving us an assesment and quote for multiple options for a new unit. He was knowledgeable and very responsive on any questions or concerns we had. Once we decided on the unit they were quick to get us setup with an install. Frank and Ryan were great with getting the unit swapped out and had us back up running in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to use their services.

Frank and Sean did an outstanding job installing my air conditioner. They arrived on time and both of them were so nice. As soon as they were done and had turned it on, the temperature went down so quickly. I would definitely recommend these two. They even vacuumed the floor when they were done. Sean and Mason came in to install new A/C unit in my apartment building. They worked quickly and diligently and were an all around pleasure to work with. Sean was very friendly and personable and made the whole experience hassle-free, considering I was working from home during the time. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC services!
