I had an amazing experience getting my new unit installed. Anthony and Cody worked hard and got all my airflow issues fixed as well. We are very happy with the unit and our cold house now. Thank you for the hard work and easy experience buying the unit.

Sam and Ryan were professional and courteous. Sam explained what needed to be done and clearly presented the cost. Both men worked efficiently and left the workspace cleaned up. I was impressed with them and the company they represent. Decided to purchase their service agreement for a/c and plumbing for future needs . Thank you, guys! I'll ask for you again.

Ground Zero never disappoints. We use this company for both our plumbing and HVAC needs. Unfortunately our AC stopped working on a Sunday. We called Ground Zero Monday morning and they were able to complete a service call that same day. We had to purchase a new unit which Frank and Sean installed on Wednesday. They did a great job, communicated throughout the whole process and left things clean and tidy! Highly satisfied with their service and work ethic. So happy to be comfortable again in our home thanks to Ground Zero and their awesome employees!

Follow up Review:
We ended up needed an whole new AC unit. wasn't ideal and we were not expecting it since we bought this home less than a year ago. The Owner Brian got involved and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Ground Zero had different finance options for us as well. There were a couple other projects we needed done as well - A New water heater, some plumbing issues, our vent on our roof was exposed, and we also wanted to relocate our water heater. He offered a great and affordable price that we couldn't turn down. Once everything was finalized we scheduled the work to be done.
Brian and his team showed up with 7 different trucks/ vans and all the personnel needed to complete the projects. They arrived at 8 am and were done by 2 pm. Yes- you read that correctly- 6 hours and they were out of here.
I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for the superb service and efficiency. Everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing and AC needs.

We have used ground zero for our plumbing for multiple instances and since we have had Chet the last couple times to fix our sinks and shower drain it’s been amazing! He is professional but also personable which we love. He always does a great job and makes reasonable recommendations. We never feel like he is over selling us anything which is probably what we appreciate the most about him! When we ever have an issue we will definitely be requesting Chet.

Mike K and Cody were so professional and friendly while working in my home. They were on time, knowledgeable and respectful. They came in and got the job done with no issues. I would highly recommend these guys for any AC work. My new system is great and runs perfectly!

The entire team at Ground Zero is amazing-I have used the company on many occasions and I have never been disappointed! Kara in the office is a pleasure to work with, Nate and the other A/C guys are efficient, skilled and pleasant. Phil, in restoration, has been a lifesaver on two different occasions. He is so kind and professional. Brad did a very difficult plumbing install for me and I am completely satisfied with the service. Sherman is a highly competent electrician and a wonderful person. Mike and Shane did fabulous work and provided excellent customer service. I like to know the "why" behind things and everyone takes the time to explain the repairs in language I can understand. The pricing is transparent and reasonable. I am so happy I finally found a company I can trust and rely on for my plumbing ,A/C needs and electrical needs.

To be a great technician is not merely about fixing or replacing the parts; it is more about a positive disposition and outstanding admiration toward the customer. Of course, the technical expertise and aptitude of the craftsperson will take into account and consideration.
Derek Franke and Juan Mata manifested all these remarkable qualities. I was so impressed with their proficiency that I required Ground Zero to send Derek and Juan twice a year to check up on my air conditioning system.
