I've used Premier Service several times.James has been my electrician each time and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that our issues have been resolved! It's nice to have someone you can trust to get the job done!

Performed comfort club inspection. He was very professional, wore his mask and shoe covers. Explained what he would be doing. When he finished, he went over everything and explained any recommendations listed.
Company rep gave me a hand written quote for around $200 to $300 dollars. They then billed me $800 and threatened legal action. I contacted the owner. The owner said they would work to improve their billing system and to date never offered to refund the difference. Don't trust them without solid written and signed documentation and don't expect that they will do the right thing when given the opportunity. This being said and in fairness, the work was good. Read the REAL reviews that all say the same thing, it sounds like there needs to be a class action and public disclosure.
Premier Service did a very good job of finding and repairing a bursted Pex pipe located inside my concrete floor. They were on time, polite, Profesional and had the right tools to do the job. I would recommend Premier Service as they seem to be well organized, trained and above all honest.
We called after lunch for an appointment & they offered a technician to come that same day. It turned out, he didn’t, but it was just a snafu in their communication. But they had a guy out there before 8 the next morning. We were very pleased.
sounded great, monthly service, no "emergency hours", quick service. hooray. unfortunately, about 6 to 10 visits in, my heater was discovered to be broken... in early summer. worked fine the last time i'd used it, but one service "maintenance" check and it's broken. the "board was fried". wonder how that happened. could have been an accident, could have been happenstance (somehow broke under zero load when not used the last few months), could have been a way to make monthly service profitable. no thanks. fired them, hired others to replace the unit, would recommend to look elsewhere. unless you like having your heater "checked" in June. if they pay their workers based on commission (don't know, i didn't ask) would strongly recommend to know the inner workings of your system perfectly, or look elsewhere.

I have been using Premier since moving back to Tuscaloosa in 2008. They are always so helpful, quick to return my calls and get someone out so fast. Everyone is so nice and I highly recommend them!
Had an issue with my AC unit. Lonnie at premiere came out promptly, explained the issue, gave me an estimate, and fixed the problem. The whole experience took less than an hour and didn't cost an arm and a leg. I WOULD recommend Premiere to anyone.
