I have used this company twice and have dealt with three different employees. Every employee has gone above and beyond to help in every way they could. Everyone was very educated about what they were repairing, timely, cleaned up everything, and were just super nice and respectful. I will continue to use this company in the future and recommend them to any needing any of the many services they offer!

My Carrier unit went out last night again. We have 2 units, one for upstairs and downstairs and they have gone out interchangably 5 times in the last 3yrs. The units are only 3 yrs old and I have always called the company that installed them in our new house in the first place P&C, well this time I said I am trying someone new because this is ridiculous for 2 units to keep going out. Bradberry came in today and arrived earlier than scheduled and Colby was my tech who sensed my frustration from the start. He checked everything and was extremely thorough. He took his time to look through both units even though I was calling for the 1 and just checked that for me just in case and considering the history. He found issues and it was clear this company knows Carrier better than anyone. He was able to change out all the parts including the blower motor and even took video/pictures of the units malfunction in order to explain the problems to me in laymans terms. He even spotted an issue with the capcitor that would cause it to go out in a couple of months but fixed it as well. The point is I truly believe that they are the best HVAC company in all of Tuscaloosa. No one serviced us so thoroughly and knowledgeably like this before and we have seen 5 other techs from 1 other company. Bradberry is stable, knowledgeable and reliable and trustworthy. I am truly grateful they were recommended to us by friends from church and has turned out to be better than we expected! Don't trust your AC's to anyone but them from here on out!

I was very pleased that a technician could get to my house and have my HVAC back to working within 2 hours of me calling. Having the service contract is definitely worth it. They are always polite, professional and keep me updated on when they will be here by text messages.

The only reason I don't select great value is that I'm not familiar enough with the industry prices.

I called because my AC system quit working.

The guys who came out to diagnose my system were very nice and informative. They introduced themselves, asked where wverything they needed access to would be located, and got to work!

They spent their time actively tracing my system from the thermostat to the units, and I could hear them conversing about it the whole time. About an hour and a half later (if that) they were back in my house to tell me what they found.

1) I was provided a full explanation of the findings, not a technical lecture of what all was done/checked (much appreciated).

2) They provided me with 2 options: repair or replace. (Of course)

3) They did not push either option on me, just told me straight up "here's what you can do"

4) They outlined each option, from comparison & selection to next steps and possible pricing.

5) Only when I asked for a professional suggestion of how to proceed, did they offer their opinion, along with technical reasons why. It was very informative, but not over my head.

My decision still needs to be made, but for first contact and diagnosis, I am very please with what I received.

This is a great company they installed my new system in 2013. Couple of things have gone wrong with it but they have always been there to back up their product. I highly recommend Bradberry. When the system reaches the end of its life cycle, I will be purchasing a new one from them again.

Called this morning to get our AC checked out, received an immediate response, and had a technician at my door within an hour of our call. We need a new AC system, and they have us scheduled for install tomorrow. Communication was top notch, and the technician (Colby) was very knowledgeable.

The technician did a good job, I've used Bradbury one time in the past about 2 years ago, it was the same issue two years ago as it was this time, 2 years ago they also did a good job. Total cost 2 years ago was around $135, cost of this service was $392, I know inflation causes services to increase and I also had to pay an extra fee for weekend call out, I still haven't received my email Bill but from my understanding the fee for coming out went from 89 to around $140, I can understand that, but from my understanding the freon went from $90 to $140 a pound because of it being the weekend. I know businesses tack on extra for parts and supplies, that being said you can buy a 25 lb cylinder of 410 freon for around $400 that average out to less than $20 a pound, I could understand selling it at $40 even $50 a pound but $140. In which I don't really understand why Freon would go up on the weekend, labor yes for being called out. The first visit I found was very reasonable and would have still found it reasonable paying a little more, but I really don't see paying almost $300 for 2 lb of freon being reasonable when a whole 25 lb cylinder is around $400.
