I highly recommend Bradberry Service Company. When I called for an appointment, Denise explained my options for service and quickly scheduled me for heat pump service and water heater check. Jon and Marcus came to do my service. They were friendly and efficiently explained what my unit needed and confirmed my thought that I did need a new water heater. Jon gave me a list and a thorough explanation including estimates and options. They were able to come the same day to install my new water heater. I am completely satisfied with Bradberry Service Company and they are now my go-to company for heat pump and water heater.

I had a lot of questions and a lot of anxiety but he was patient and able to answer and explain every single thing and left me confident I made the right choice. Had a gas leak from AC unit and talked to Sheila in the Bradberry Office. She was fantastic, and sent Conner and another employee over immediately to check it out. They went to get parts, came back and repaired it and the call kept them late on a Friday, but they could not have been more gracious about it. I also needed help with make my thermostat compatible with my phone. Conner could not get it going at this time, but when I signed up for a maintenance contract he came back and had conducted research on how to make my thermostat and phone compatible and fixed me up. Also, my heater needed repairing, he sent me a quote quickly and Sheila followed up directly for an appointment to do so. These folks are so nice and professional - service is second to none.
