Great folks. They came very quickly, and were able to fix the issue in just a few minutes. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, explaining the repair and providing quotes for future maintenance to look out for in the next few years, which was very helpful!

Bradberry Services get 100 stars from us! They’re AMAZING! Chris Ledbetter Our a/c started blowing hot air around 5pm on Monday July 11. Immediately went to google for a/c repair companies. Here is where we made the first mistake, we just went through companies as Google had them listed and scheduled an appointment with the first place that answered ~ a well known company in the area. They were supposed to come the next morning, which would’ve been this morning. My husband and I both made calls starting at 10:45 am to make sure that other place had not forgotten us. Finally when I called at 3pm, that other company told me we had been taken off the schedule at 1pm because a tech had called but customer hung up ~ no way that happened. Even if it did, they didn’t bother to try to call back or notify us we were waiting in a hot house on people who weren’t even coming. I started calling other places for help, and the nicest lady at Bradberry said she could have someone out between 4 and 6pm today. She was very easy to talk to and explained how the entire visit would go. She informed me I would get an appointment confirmation text, followed by a text when the tech was en route to our home, keeping us informed throughout the process, and that’s exactly what happened. When I got the text saying the tech was heading our way, it also had a tracker to show exactly where the tech was and how many minutes it would be before they arrived. I’ve never been so excited to get a notification from our security camera system and seeing a service truck pulling up to the front of our home. I opened the front door before Chris and another young man had time to get out of their truck good. Both were very cordial and professional. I was asked what problems we were having from the a/c unit and I told him. He explained the process in the same way Joanna did ~ diagnose, explain, repair. All of that was done very quick! In less than 30 minutes wonderful cold air was once again flowing into our sweltering home. They came in to take temps from the air return and vents to make certain the problem was fixed. Absolutely wonderful people who show up when promised, know what they’re doing, and made the repair quick. I was pleasantly shocked to hear that the price was much, much less than I had anticipated. It was an absolute pleasure to have Bradberry Services repair our a/c. Everyone from start to finish were professional and very kind. It was nice to not only be made to feel like repairing our problem was just as important to them as it was to us, but also to be kept informed of what was going on every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Bradberry services, they get the job done and the do it when promised. I suggest Google move this company to the top of the list, you should call them FIRST! I called Bradberry Service on Sunday because my AC unit went out and it was 81 degrees in my house. They sent their technicians Chris and Colby out Monday morning to identify the problem. They were very informative and explained my units current situation and showed me pictures of my problems. Ultimately I ended up needing a whole new unit (which I kind of had a feeling I needed). They gave me multiple options and explained the benefits of each I decided which one I’d like to purchase and they installed it Tuesday! In the rain! I’m very pleased with how professional and speedy they were and I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Side Note: They sent a tracker so you can tell exactly where your technician is from your home and a picture of your technician before they arrive to your home which I thought was really neat!

They take your money and run. Their install only lasted 2 years before running into major problems. Set up a maintenance call only for them to no-show and leave my elderly parents with no AC (high of 90 degrees today) and scrambling to find someone else on a Friday afternoon. Their reason for no-showing? They no longer want to do business with us, even though we have a 10-year manufacturer warranty and we would be paying for the labor. That's not to mention this is the first maintenance we've ever requested. I'm guessing there's no money to be made in a service call vs. a brand new install. As a company, you should be able to stand by your work and not dump customers when it's convenient. Unprofessional and unreliable - they're a hard *no" from me. Is there any company out there that does the right thing anymore? A waste of $7,500.

Edit (after company response): Bradberry Service Company, you obviously have us confused with someone else. Again, this was the first maintenance request on a perfectly working system up until this week. It ended up only being a simple swap out of the capacitor, something a qualified tech from a different company was able to diagnose and fix within 15 minutes. I wish you and your company the best of luck with your future "great" customers that you manage to cherry pick. We look forward to talking with you and the BBB on your bizarre treatment of a U.S. veteran and attempt to cover up a legitimate bad review with this cockamamie story.

Wonderful service! From the first call I made they were so helpful and NICE! Our technician Chris Ledbetter was courteous, professional knowledgeable and gave his honesty opinion as to where our current unit stood and our options on a newer unit when we decided. He kept me informed with his findings on our ancient unit and sent a detailed list and pictures and his recommendations which helped tremendously. The people that I've spoken to with this company (Charity and Tuesdai) have all been helpful and made this such a easy process!
