Bradberry Service Company just installed a new HVAC system (Heat/Pump) for us. Jon provided us with information on their systems and we were able to make a knowledgeable decision from that information, to make our selection. All of their technicians are very professional, courteous and work together as a team. Brody and Steven worked tirelessly in the heat to complete the installation in one day and also did a very neat job. We also want to commend Colby for stopping by to answer a couple of questions for us the next day, who is also very professional and knowledgeable. My heat wasn't working on a day where temperatures are unusually low in Tuscaloosa. Bradberry Service Company was quick to respond to my call for help. Chris was polite, professional and quickly resolved the issue. I went from no heat to having a new thermostat and having a furnace problem fixed in a few hours. Really appreciate this company and will call on them again if there is a need.

Our Technician Ethan came out to our home on a Sunday, and even though we have 2 very loud dogs, 3 cats - one a feral rescue - and some other pets that the heat just made grumpy he didn't hesitate or waiver in his task. He was incredibly polite, so extremely professional, and very caring/concerned that our family would have our A/C unit fixed, and we would all have a better night. He quickly and knowledgeably diagnosed our issue, knew exactly what to do, and set about fixing that issue without delay. All the while asking about our many pets and even making friends with our extremely shy and most of the time grumpy feral gone rescue cat. He answered every single one of my questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. In fact he seemed happy to do so. I can't recommend this company enough and I absolutely hope everyone chooses them in the future! Thank you Bradbury!

Where to begin, Terry with Bradberry was very professional and punctual. I got a good price on the AC unit and furnace. The day of the install, I had 2 crews working, only took about 3-4 hours ton install everything. They were respectful and courteous. My old AC was too small and old, my power bill in August was $346.48 and now with a newer more efficient unit my October bill was $125.86. Couldn’t be happier and you won’t either.

I purchased a new home and immediately needed to replace my HVAC unit. Jon and the others who came out to replace the unit were very quick and efficient, not to mention knowledgeable and helpful, kind, and professional. The whole team made me feel valued and taken care of.

From the administrative side, I also loved the message notifications when the servicemen are on their way over (it even had a picture and name of who was coming), and it was so easy to review the quotes and invoice, as well as to pay. Everything was so smooth!!
