Two very clean and well-mannered young men serviced our a/c today. A/C needed a part that they had on their truck. Very quick service. Highly Recommend.

My system would not come on or cool and just had installed 2 years ago by same company techican came out and said some ants had stopped up drainage line and would be an additional $120 + 89 for him coming out since we didn't keep their maintenance plan. System still didn't work and sent another guy the next day. We told him it's no way pipeline was stopped up by ants because pipeline was just draining the day before
Come to find out the thermostat just needed new batteries
This was a fairly new system and never had to change the batteries
Instead of educating us and charging the service visit they decided to take advantage of the situation, especially since they were the ones that installed the system. Will never use again

I needed help fast, as my AC had stopped working. I called, and everything was handled very quickly. I didn't have to hardly wait, and my AC was fixed and done so quickly, with a change of parts. Great service. I will call them again for any needed future services for my AC.

Had to get a quote for a replacement hot water heater. My technician was Colby. He was on-time, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I am going to be 100% transparent...I received a lower quote from another company, but their customer service was not up to par. I decided I would pay the little extra based on my experience with Colby. 6 days from now is when my install and scheduled and I just want to thank Bradberry in advance!

Emergency repair on a Satuday because Tuscaloosa heat is to much to bear. Arron our service tech arrived in the time frame given. He was very professionall and was knowledgeable answering all questions and concerns. I will use this company again in the future.

We called on a Thursday to discuss what we needed. They came out the same day and by Monday we had an agreement. We needed all new ductwork and a new heating/cooling system. By the time the temperature hit 9 degrees that Friday, they had our home warm and toasty. Professional is an understatement. Highly recommended. Very impressed with these guys.
