Colby is amazing! He is so smart, efficient and really knows how to troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem! I love Bradberry Service Co and trust them with all of the work they do to keep my entire HVAC system in top working order.

From start to finish (which was very speedy) I was impressed and pleased with Bradberry. Our AC stopped working (on a weekend, of course) and Conner came within 30 minutes of my contacting Bradberry. After inspecting the AC unit, he explained my options to fix it. We decided to go with a new unit (due to age) and he was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining our options in replacing the unit. The installation crew arrived the next morning, and thanks to them, I arrived to a wonderful cool home after a long day at work. And did I mention honest? After inadvertently overpaying, I was contacted by Tuesday in the business office, who informed me I would be receiving a refund check. These folks are first-rate, through all phases of the job…I couldn’t be happier. Thanks, Bradberry!

I have used Bradberry Service Company for 2 years and they have been great. They are knowledgeable, prompt and available for emergencies. Technicians are all friendly and provide the details on what they are going to do and expected costs. Our air conditioner went out on Sunday during 96 degree heat and they were at the house within 90 minutes from time of my call. Fixed the problem on a Sunday. Great service and people. I highly recommend them.

Service was fast; called for quote and serviceman was at my door within the hour. Eddie and Dawson arrived at my house the next morning for install. They were very professional, cleaned my space after the install was complete, and got my new unit blowing ice cubes, lol! I am so happy that I used this company everyone that I encountered was awesome!
