I'm rating Andrew Snipes! He came to my residence and fixed both of my toilets and my sink. He was fast, friendly, and effective. Highly recommended!! I initially had 2 other technicians come out and they did not fix my issue at all! I had to call the company back and let them know my issue was not resolved! I was a little frustrated, because when you pay a plumber you want to get results. Nevertheless, they sent out Andrew and he was ON POINT! Thank you so much.

Michael has come out several times to help me with plumbing concerns and he has been great! He explains things clearly and welcomes my questions. I trust him and Banks Quarles to be professional and get the work done well!

Derrick arrived shortly after dispatch called to say he was on his way. He was courteous and thorough in the performance of the maintenance visit. He explained his repair recommendations thoroughly and answered all my questions. I feel very confident in the information he provided and I will be making the repairs he recommended.

We had a really bad supply line leak on our incoming line. Michael was prompt and professional getting the job done. He double checked his work before finishing his paper work.

We’ve used BQ before and they never disappoint. Sure, they’re more expensive than the competition, but if you want something done well, they deliver. We’ve had them install our heat pump in the past - zero issues with it a year later. Today Andrew came to replace two water spigots - the installation was old so it took him a while but he got it done and working great. He explained everything that he was doing, gave me options, and clarified all questions I had. Whatever he’s paid, he deserves a raise!

I moved into my home 2019, and BanksQuarles have performed all my major repairs! Their service techs are amazing! Super nice, great attitudes and don’t mind explaining what issues are concurrent, how to resolve them, and what need to be done to prevent any other oncoming problems. I’ve been a satisfied customer since day 1. This is definitely a 10 star company!

Chris was professional and courteous. He diagnosed and resolved a complex electrical issue that affected multiple areas of our home. The result was having the power to plugs and lights in various rooms of our house restored and correcting a previous issue that led to those failures.

Had a plumbing issue that they came out in January to look at. And I'm not faulting the technician, but he couldn't find anything wrong, so paid him money for literally nothing to get fixed. Two months later, the same issue happens again. Call to set up an appointment, explain the issue, have an appointment booked.

The owner of the property has driven two hours to be here for the appointment to oversee it and make sure everything's okay. Get a call that the technician has been dispatched to my property. Literally less than 10 minutes later, they call and say they can no longer come service me because they don't service "condos." Well, I don't live at a condo, they literally came here two months ago and provided service and knew the full details of the situation when this appointment was booked this time. Offered no help, solution or compensation after wasting our time and are still stuck with a plumbing issue. So, PSA, don't book Banks Quarles if you live in any type of condo, apartment, or townhouse because they will apparently book the appointment, but then when you've taken time off work to wait at your house all day for them to show up, they won't.

I called in an emergency situation and Banks Quarles had a technician out within a couple of hours. Our tech Michael was professional but also relatable. As senior citizens we felt he was looking out for our best interest while maintaining his commitment to Banks Quarles as a business. We felt he did all he could do to help us as a couple on a fixed income. There were other businesses we could have called that would have been cheaper but we felt this particular issue warranted well known quality service from our area.
He worked past what I am sure was his regular time to get off, but never made us feel like he was in a rush.
