I was able to call on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00 and have someone here for a non-emergency at 12:30pm on Friday. The technician Zach arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He was able to assess and ix my issue pretty quickly. Good work, will use again.

I called Premier to replace a meter box on my house. They quoted me a price of 2300 dollars to literally just replace a meter box. The box consists of 6 wires and 4 mouting screws. Alabama power gives you the box for free. I preformed the job myself and it took all of 1 hour to complete. The phone staff and the tech that came where very professional but 2300 dollars is absolutely criminal for a job that took me 1 hours to complete.

We have used Premier for several years and are members of the Comfort Club. We love having the yearly check of our home making sure all is in order and running well. The service people are professional and so nice to work with. We usually see the same person from year to year. This year during the Comfort Club visit we asked for an electrical outlet to be installed and the next day an electrician was sent out to do the job! What great customer and quick service!

Premier kept me apprised of my service tech’s availability and approximate arrival time.
My service tech John Englebert was very knowledgeable and expeditious to diagnose and make needed repairs.

Thank you so much Premier for allowing Chris to charge us a tenth of the price for installation. This is the best HVAC company in the world!

Eugene and his coworker were very knowledgeable and were able to fix our electrical wiring problems and install lighting. I was very impressed they were able to help the same day I called. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future.

We have used Premiere several times for an older home we recently purchased. The phone staff is always friendly and every tech we have had at our home is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel the pricing is fair, in one instance the tech realized our unit may still be under warranty and it was!!! He ordered part, it was free and we only paid labor.

They do a great job with their Comfort Club! They always show up on time and are great at communicating.
