My older house has some electrical "anomalies". Premiere sent a knowledgeable, professional electrician with an apprentice who got me taken care of in no time.

He was professional, informative and fast. I highly recommend.

The service technician quickly resolved our problem with a clogged drain.

One of our smoke detectors was beeping and wouldn’t stop even after taking the battery out. The technician (Alan) was prompt, thoughtful and did an excellent job of explaining the problem and fixing it. We will be calling them again if we have any problems in the future!

Very kind, and very quick service. Repaired two toilets abd cleaned the shower drain. Were also kind enough to show me how to open the drain to clean out myself so I don't have to call next time (literally a life saver), so grateful

My service guy was excellent. He repaired my gas line for my kitchen range. Without his repair, we were not only out of a functioning stove, but we went a few days without heat. Your guys came in and immediately gave my family piece of mind. It has been a few weeks since he did the repair. Yet, I appreciated his service so much that I called in to get this opportunity to commend his work. I thank him and I thank Premier.

Premier Service Co. is an outstanding company with which to work!! We had a pretty major pipe issue after water heater installation (by other company) in my home. Savannah got us scheduled for me next day; Chris and Bryan arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and provided recommended solutions along with pricing. They provided additional products/services outside of their original quote just so that the issue could not only be 'fixed', but to also ensure this issue would not arise in the future Both very knowledgeable of plumbing systems, both general and specific. Repairs were made the and work was done quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, respectful of my home, and both just super nice guys!

The follow up from Savannah I received several days after the work was complete was above and beyond the typical service call. Premier really cares about their customers, which is evident in all they do to guarantee satisfaction!

Both Andrew and Tucker were so friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and hardworking. They came in, found the problem quickly and showed and explained everything to me before beginning the work. They also discussed any details that came up while they were working so I would know what to expect. They even left to get a part and returned to finish even though it was getting late just so we didn’t have to go another day without the shower! I can’t say enough good things about these two young men!

Nick the technician arrived on time , explained problem and resolved the problem by unstopping the clog.He did a great job was very courteous! I highly recommend this company!
