Great company with quick service and quality work at a good price. All employees are professionals and knowledgeable. They always help me find the best fit for my repairs taking into budget and safety. I work with this company on a regular basis and am always happy and satisfied with the outcome.

Andrew and his crew were efficient and professional. We were very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Premier and will use them again!

Service Technician arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself as Adam. Adam immediately verified the complaint. After the initial questions he gave me a 3 options to chose from. He was very thorough and explained the process so I understood exactly what I needed. I gave the go ahead to perform the work. He did exceptional work. He explained the gauge readings and checked the unit completely. Adam was professional and took care of the problem. Unit is working correctly and the air is colder than it has been in many years.

I need to mention that another company was called out to check the unit the same day that Premier was called. The Gentleman arrived and this is how the conversation proceeded:
He parked his van and stepped out. He spoke with me briefly and stated that he would no be able to service my unit. I asked why and he stated the unit was old and needed to be replaced. That was it. He opened his door and climbed into his van and drove away. He never looked at the unit. Strange to me. I will call Premier again. Definitely impressive work from Adam. Thanks for responding quickly and professionally. I give Premier 5 thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍

While working to remove a compaction of dirt and rocks as well as to locate a puncture in our sewer line made by
C-Spire contractors, Premiere Service employees were extremely friendly and professional.

The workers that have come to my home have been very polite they have always solved my issues with my home besides repairing pipes for me and repairing my water leek I've also had a new fuse box put in with this company and I've had washer plugs replaced and electrical outlet run all of these things were repaired promptly and in good working order this will be the only company that I'll deal with and I'd advise anyone else that's having problems with their home to give this company a try you'd be very satisfied

We used Premier for a total repipe of our house. We had bad PEX pipes and had a slab leak and Premier was the only company available to start the job immediately. They did a great job and even provided additional services/products outside of the quote we were given so that the job could be done right. The only issue we had is that the plumbing manager was not very responsive and did not get the documents we need to submit to our insurance to us in a timely manner and we had to call and email several times.

The office personel was efficient to our call and the service techs were knowledgeable and professional. The job was handled in a way that revealed that they care about their clients. Thank you, Premier Service Company for a job well done.
