Had a great experience they came in and found a leak that was under my slab with no problem and the tech that came out was super friendly and nice explain everything to me and did a great job.

Both technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable

Was told I needed to replace hot water heater. Only needed pilot light to be relit. Had to call another plumbing company for 2nd opinion. Premier DID NOT perform a diagnostic test. I will not be using this company again. Would not recommend. 👎🏿👎🏿

Terrible service. Was told it was going to take $1500 to replace my water heater and if I wanted to switch to tankless, was going to cost me $10,000 in wiring. The guy obviously thought I was stupid. I will never call them again. Was trying to scam us the entire visit.

Then we call back to try and talk to the tech and he has the nerve to say "I already told you, it's $1500. " brother didn't even know what we're were going to ask. I'll go weeks without water before I work with them again.

I have been using Premier and their Comfort Club for over a year now. We bought an older house and have had a few plumbing issues and their services have been great for us. Chris and Bryan were very responsive and professional. Had a toilet issue and a clogged line that needed to be cleared. We were very pleased with their work.

Premier Service Company has been a blessing for us. It's good to find out what's going on in our home when they do the maintenance inspections. They are on time and the service associates are thorough in their inspections. They do quality work at a good price. I would recommend the service.

Service occurred same day (within 2 hours) that I called. Responsive, personable and very knowledgeable electricians. Assessed issue and gave options to repair as well as cost of options. Would definitely use again for electrical needs.

Premier came out to provide an estimate and consult on the install. The technician was professional and listened and provided input to help eliminate unnecessary cost.
The day the technicians arrived for the installation they arrived on time and completed the install by the end of the day. The install looked great and will definitely recommend Premier to everyone.
