My garbage disposal in 6 minutes and showed me how to do it if it ever happened again. That’s my kind of service company!!

Premiere used to be the company I called for all my heating and cooling problems. So when I was having trouble with my gas fireplace, I called them. The first day I missed the call back because I was asleep after working 12hrs, but the caller didn’t leave a message. When I called them back I was put on the schedule for the next morning. At noon when no one had shown up, I called back only to be told that they had some emergencies and they would send someone as soon as they could. Two o’clock they called saying that the technician was headed my way. Hours later, thinking they would be closing soon, I called at 4:25 and got the answering service, who got upset because I didn’t know who was coming out. I’m telling her that they were coming to fix my gas fireplace; I mean you’re answering calls for this company you should know how to screen and route calls. So she gets a technician to call me back who tells me they don’t know who was suppose to come out but it’ll be two hours before he can come or he can come tomorrow but he don’t know what time he’ll make it. I have wasted a whole day waiting on these people and I’m suppose to waste the day away tomorrow too. I told him to just forget it because they have lost all respect for people’s time. I felt like I was being a bother to them but it won’t happen again.

I have only had wonderful experiences with premier. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and easy to work with to get a project completed. They have installed our heating and AC system, a tankless hot water heater, and several electrical changes in our home. We are part of the comfort club, I highly recommend it. Good people.

Amazing service! We called once because our AC wasn't working and turned out to be a tripped wire. The service was so positive especially on July 4 when we called, we had thek come out again and give us a quote for our duct work and converted garage issue. Truly professional, prompt, and great service.

We had an unfortunate experience with another company that did not fix what we needed and these guys came out. Never said a negative word about what the other company did. Simply fixed it.
