Hansen Air Pros

This was our first time to use Hansen Heating & Air and we will definitely use them again. Jesse was the technician that serviced our AC units. He was great! He called before he arrived, did a great job of assessing our AC systems, helped us identify some issues, and helped us map out possible causes and solutions for our issues. He made some great recommendations for ways we can economically approach the fixes and we wound up only spending an extra $65 above our service call fees. We were very pleased with Jesse’s service and felt he was honest, knows his trade, and was very helpful. It’s refreshing to have such professional, competent, and pleasant service. Thank you Jesse and the staff at Hansen!

The technician was super and I got a unit from a competitor and wish I had chosen Hansen. You save in the long run

Adam Smith was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about our system. He gave me an in depth explanation with pictures as to what is going on and what we’ll need for future upkeep. He was very thorough and made sure to make himself readily available for any questions we may have. Thank you Adam

The young man that came out Cole was very knowledgeable and he even drew out and took pictures so I could see what the problem was. Then he called John and he showed me was to benefit fixing my problem. Would recommend this company to anyone. Very nice and patient.

Discovered my outdoor unit wasn’t running when it was supposed to. They were able to come out same day on a Sunday. Checked the system and found that it was low on refrigerant and found the source of the leak and repaired it. Brett did a great job! Thanks!
