I called before noon and the Service Tech was just a street over from us, so the response time was extremely quick! The service tech, Josh O. Was very professional and very knowledgeable and he knew within a couple minutes (if that long) exactly what the issue was. He replaced the part, which only took him approximately 15 minutes or less and explained what he did and let me know if we had anymore problems to call them back. I was extremely surprised that Hansen was able to have someone here so quick and professional and knowledgeable the service technician (Josh O.) was.
