    Eric fixed my gas fireplace. Pilot light was on but I couldn’t get it to ignite. He fixed it so quick. You can tell he knows his stuff. Thank you guys again for wonderful service!

    My AC unit was burnt outside and inside by lightning. The installers were hardworking and very motivated to accomplish their task.
    To spite the fact; storms kept rolling in one after another all day. With thunder, lightning and hard rain, even a tornado in the area just a few miles away. They were very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of their job.

    The tech that showed up was nice enough. Quick response to a call or else the review would be worse.

    Tried to charge me $300 for a part I know costs $20, and takes maybe 5 minutes to install.

    Do not let these people charge you $300 to change a capacitor. That’s robbery.

    Let me start by saying Hansen serviced my old unit several times last year and tried everything they could to keep it working. Every time I have had to call they have always responded quicker than any other company could schedule an appointment for and never did I feel like they were just trying to take my money and overcharge for the issue. My old air conditioner unit stopped working on a Wednesday afternoon. Their on call 24hour service set up appointment for the next morning. The repair man throughly assessed our whole system. He went through every option available and told me exactly what was wrong. I already had an idea what was wrong with the unit and what I thought would be the best option. He was not pushy about what decision I should make. I ended up going with replacing the whole inside and outside unit due to poor installation and constant problems with the unit I had that was installed by another popular and highly rated company. On Friday the very same week I had my new unit installed and this one works better than the one that quit. When they replace a unit they do the whole nine yards and not just basic, so when they leave they know it’s working correctly. They even put tarps down and make sure the area is clean if not cleaner than when they started. My new unit comes with a 10 year warranty and service plan. In my opinion Hansen is the best company around.

    Very quick service on the weekend. The technician was an awesome guy who explained everything he did well. Also he was a friendly person overall I didn't mind letting in my home. Definitely will use Hansen again.

    Upon the Initial visit, the fix applied did not work but after calling back, Adam came back after his appointments that day to fix it. After troubleshooting for a little while, Adam located the source of the problem and fixed it! Even though the first fix did not work, Adam continued to show professionalism, compassion, and perseverance to resolve my issues. Thank you Adam for all your time and efforts!     Split head unit was replaced. When checked 10 days later, my floor under unit has a oily substance. Three days after my call to fix it, a technician arrived to repair unit. The connectors behind the head unit were loose and needed tightening and coolant replaced.

    I had been paying a local company $20 a month for the VIP service so when my AC went out I called them, of course. The person I spoke with said it would be 3-4 days before someone would come out to look at my system. I explained tat I pay for the VIP service and was under the assumption that it would be less time for them to come out. She assured me that was the soonest someone could come out. SO I googled the first AC repair place listed and got Hansen's. I had heard of them but never used them. They were great. Service tech, Dylan, was at my house within the hour and it only costs me $25 for the visit on a Sunday. I will be using them in the future and am so thankful they could help me.
