I called Hansen heating and air because my unit outside was not working.And the next day they came out. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable, He got my unit back up and running and took time to go over things about my 10 year old units. Thank you very much for your knowledge and honesty I recommend this company.

Tim (supervisor) was professional, friendly, and on time. He tested my 1 year old AC unit, cleaned out partially blocked drain pipe, and made a much needed repair to AC duct/vents. He also educated me regarding seasonal use of the “Fan” (auto versus on) and taught me how to clean out the drain pipe. I requested a supervisor to give a second opinion on a couple of issues and Tim got the job done; the job that the prior Hansen field tech (2 weeks prior) was paid and did not do. I highly recommend Tim!

I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling properly just shortly after 5pm on a Friday. Hansen came by within about 30-45 mins. The part needed had to be ordered but they were able to get me through the weekend with a comparable part. As soon as the part came in on Tuesday, they called and quickly came by to repair. Great service! Great job explaining the issue.

Mason was very personable and professional. The repairs were made quickly and he was very thorough insuring both of my heating systems were in good working order before he left. Thanks for a great job!

Since they installed a brand new inside and outside unit and replaced all the duct work I have nothing but problem. They have been back at least 20 times trying to fix it and keep making it worse. Although everyone is very friendly and professional I would give the company 0 stars. I requested a dozen times to meet with the owner, Mr Satchel, but did not get a response. If he is too busy to deal with his customers he should find a different trade
