Our tech Justin was very thorough and patient working through the thermostat issue we were having. Really great people!!

They said no time to trouble shoot or to wait few weeks or if we change the unit it should be day after. At the end I have to do it myself using feedback on Google and it cost me 10$ and one hour ( instead of change the unit😱)

My unit broke on a Saturday night called them Sunday morning they were here within 2 hours and Monday morning they were installing a new unit.
Great experience with Hansen and their employees are exceptional.

I had a 23 year old central air unit replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were punctual and completed the job on time as promise. I am very satisfied with the complete job.

A Hansen tech showed up to my house and after investigation my AC, he determined that I needed a ECM motor. He quoted me $2,350. He got his sales manager on the phone and he told me that the ECM motor wasn’t a stock item and it would take several days for it to come in but never fear, he could get me a brand new unit and install it that day for $12,000. I then called Today Home Services and they diagnosed the same issue, ECM motor. They called the same place Hansen did to get availability and price on the motor. Well well well, it’s in stock…….IMAGINE THAT! They went and picked up the new motor and had it installed in 30mins and charged me $1,350. So not only did Hansen lie to me, AND try to sell me a $12,000 motor, but was twice the price. I will never call Hansen again!! They are corrupt business people who have zero integrity!!

Ricky explained everything going on with my unit and really helped me understand the problem my unit was having. He and Chris worked hard to help get me financing. I highly recommend this crew!
