Well I was able to call, request a service call, and someone came out the same day with the courtesy of a 30 minute call ahead HOWEVER.. nothing else.. I wasnt provided with a diagnostic or explanation of repairs/ replacement needed nor a cost quote..soooo you asked for a review and here it is.. Thanks for nothing.

I called because of a $40. Service call advertisement but now I know why they advertise that - they make it up on charges . I have never paid $450. And would have been $490. For changing a capacitor and drain line clean out . 🥵

The installers were great got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves it was great. Gage seemed very knowledgeable about the product and was very professional.

Brett was on time, professional and explained the issue. The A/C was clogged. He flushed it out and it's working again. We can't enough nice things about Brett and Hansen Air. We have used them for years and we have recommended to others. Thank You again Brett.

Guys called before coming, arrived gave me a price to complete the job, were done in no time, great job!

Only negitive is company will not give you a window on when they might arrive 8 to 12 or 12 to 5, so you have to wait the day scheduled day for them to call...
