From the moment a representative of Hansen came to our door to inspect our heating system until the unit was fully installed, they were courteous and professional. The person who answered the phone was also courteous and professional and got us scheduled for the inspection the next day. We have now been enjoying our new system for two days and I’m still waiting for the other companies to call me back. Our experience with Hansen was great!

Excellent service! Mason arrived as promised, troubleshooted the issue, determined root cause (failed capacitor), replaced & then checked other system items to make sure they were compliant. I highly recommend Mason as a technician & Hansen for service based on this experience.

This guy Ethan is the best in the business!! If this guy worked for me he would be my top paid employee with bonuses! He did his job beyond expectations and went the extra mile, ensuring all of our problems were addressed and repairs were completed in a timely manner even after hours. Mason did a good job, very professional. However, not please with cutting hole in my plenum before we agreed to hire and only putting tape over it that is not sticking.
Also, high pressure from salesman regarding additional sealing spray and Rene Halo options

Response after calling was excellent. I received an estimate the same day and the unit was replaced the next day. Eric was very informative and congenial, taking the time to explain all the details. The price was fair , The service was outstanding and the technicians were very efficient and thorough and left everything clean before leaving. I highly recommend Hansen Plumbing, Electrical and AC. They have very nice caring individuals, from the people in the office to the people working in the field. I have used Hansen several times and will continue to do so.

After getting a quote from Home Depot I decided to look for another option. I called Hansen and they sent a person to give us an estimate within an hour. Jason was fantastic and worked on getting us a terrific deal for a mini-split. Financing options were easy and they're going to do the work this weekend. I'm so excited! Nice to have a local company to reach out to.
