I was told by office it cost $25 for a service call and then additional for cost of repairs if I agreed to have repairs done. I decided not to get repairs done and tech stated he would need to charge me more than $25, when I reminded him the charge for just a service call was only supposed to be 25 he backed down. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I did not use Hansen.

Hansen is a company I can trust! Great crew. People who tell you only what you really need, and explain what things are and what works/ what doesn't work. Just makes HVAC easy :)

The employee that came out was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and carried and extremely positive attitude. His enthusiasm to get the job done was pleasant and refreshing from other experiences I have had with other businesses. I’ll be sure to contact Hanson for future needs.

Josh called as expected. Met at residence and provided excellent service and explanation. After checking the unit thourougly, he found unit to be working perfectly. Very professional. Great service.

Had new units replaced inside & out. Kaleb, Gage, Roger & some of the other technicians very nice & knowledgeable. The only issue I had was the time scheduling as I have a busy daily routine. But overall I'm satisfied

The person that inspected the system was very professional. The person who quoted had no idea what they were doing. I got a quote just to clean the ducts at 3500.00, and if i wanted some treatment at $5500.00> I could buy a completely new system and install it myself for $3500.00. Total Rip off. I called my management team, they gave me a number to call that they knew the person doing the work, and the quote was $750.00. I am a contractor, an engineer and this was a total rip off.

Joshua showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. Knew what he was doing. Will Definitely recommended him and Hansen Air Pro.
