We use BBHA for our business and personal hvac needs. Their customer service and technicians are always easy to work with and always timely. They have provided us with excellent service at fair prices for years and will continue working with them. They will shoot you straight and I never have to question their work and ethics.
Rusty, Scott, and Hunter are wonderful people and have surrounded themselves with a great team.

They showed professional mannerism they knew what they were doing how to do it and got it done in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left, like they were never here other than the new system they put in!

We have used them twice and although the work seems to be of good quality and thorough, the method in which labor is invoiced seems to vary from job to job and somewhat arbitrary; also not communicated clearly to the client. I would make sure to have a full understanding of how labor will be charged and to keep track of the time spent in your home if you plan to use them.

It's been 2 years now since they installed my ac / heat pump . The owner / manager didn't really sell me on anything, he just answered all my questions and gave me options which I appreciated . My house has stayed warm all winter and my electric bill is way down. I'm only writing this review because I noticed how low my electric bill is compared to other winters while staying warmer
