During the middle of a heat wave I called Climate Masters about 10 am. Joe showed up about 2:30 or so and went right to work. Shortly there after the system was running. He was very courteous and professional and a good guy. I also purchased a very reasonable maintenance agreement. I will obviously recommend them to everyone.

I have been using Climate Master for years now & they were recommended by my parents who also uses same company. Today(June 15,2023) I had a problem & it was fixed really fast on same day as I called. Thank you a million times over Cody & Daniel 💯😍💝 Wonderful job & well done!!!!!! We were referred to these folks by individual who did home inspection before we bought home. The first time they came out they said I needed a new air conditioner, that was 11 months ago, still cooling fine. Had blower fan go out, they said estimate was $611 and they didn’t know when they could get a replacement. Today is Saturday, July 1st, very hot. Called another company at 5PM last night, had individual out at 8 this morning, got blower fan and installed at half the cost.

Joe Miller was an excellent technician. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciate the time he took with us to explain, in detail, our issue and possible solutions. Thank you Joe!

Businesses are only as good as their people. I consistently find that Climate Master employs highly trained, professional personnel. They are very responsive to problems. The service is always on a quality level, and they are well managed. The key problem with most other businesses is their lack of quality management

My AC unit wasn't running and I got Climate Masters to come out and fix it. The Tech Steve was so helpful. He found the issue and tested all motors to make sure they were not showing signs of going bad. He explain how I might want to be more proactive with the care of my 3 year old HVAC system and why it could be more costlyif I didn't. Then he cleaned the coil and did a maintenance survey. I had no idea how important a maintenance plan is. It was only 12.99 month and the benefits are priceless. Thank you Steve and Climate Masters Inc!!!!

Daniel helped me to set up my maintenance plan, which if you do not already have, you need to go ahead and purchase. It's value is incredible and the service is wonderful. Josh came out and actually did my service. He was informative, professional, and very respectful of our home and space. He identified problems and offered solutions for our HVAC system, and took care of all he could on the spot. I couldn't recommend Climate Masters more. Josh is a fantastic technician and Daniel is as well!

I have used Climate Masters for over 20 years. I highly recommend them for all your heat and air service. My technician was Josh and he was excellent. He checked all the heating and air units and then patiently explained the items that needed to be replaced. I have complete confidence in his ability to find things that need attention. I highly recommend Climate Masters.

When we renovated five years ago, our architect recommended Climate Masters to us, and we're glad she did - we had two HVAC systems installed at that time and have been 100% pleased with the maintenance and repair services every time.
