I have worked with Climate Masters on two different occasions. The first time was to fix a problem that we had tried to fix with two different companies prior to coming to them. The owner, Richard, was a true joy to work with. They had to try a couple of different things to fix the unit, but they didn't charge me for anything, except what fixed the problem. We just had our lower unit replaced, and again Richard and his team were exceptional. They were promptly on time, went above and beyond normal work for the job, and were out quicker than what was quoted. The team answered any questions that I had, and spent time explaining the new system to me. Upon completion, Richard came by to check the teams work and to make sure that everything was completed properly. This company is wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air work.
This is an excellent family run business that cares about your satisfaction. They installed a complete 2.5 ton system in a professional first class manner. The quality of the installation has a lot to do with the reliability and performance of the system. They are highly recommended. Give them a chance to earn your business.

Keith and company did work for me at my company with no issues and a fair price. For this reason he was the first one I called to replace my old inefficient ac system. His team of professionals showed up in numbers and removed and installed a complete system in one day. Our home is cool and comfortable. They called me to set up my 6 month service, awesome. I bought a house north of Spanish Fort this past August 2018 and needed to have the 13 year old Heat Pump System inspected and serviced. I wanted somebody local and established near the location of my home and did a search on Google and also looked at google earth. I found Climate Masters and then started looking at all the reviews I could find on the business. They were local and had been established since 1967 and with some employees working for them for over 40 years. I called them for service and Melissa answered my call. She was extremely polite, professional and down to earth. I set up the service for inspection and cleaning and did a Service Agreement with them. The Technician that showed up was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working on my system. I was informed yesterday, 03-25-19, that he is about to retire. February 2019, my Heat Pump was due for a 6 month check up. The Technician that show up was a young man that I found to be extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. As we were talking, I told him that I was considering the possibility of having a new upgraded system installed as the existing unit was only a 10 Seer. The Tech asked me if I would like to have Richard, one of the owners, come by and give me a quote and I said yes, that would be OK. I didn't know at the time that the Tech, Stephen, was Richard's son. Anyway, Richard called me and we set up a time for him to come by. When he showed up, he checked both the outside and inside units, the vents in the house and then went up into the attic to look at the duct work explaining to me what he found upon his inspection. I told him I had been researching a Carrier Infinity 20 Heat Pump System. He explained that I needed some dampers installed and that all the runs needed to be sealed with mastic. We sat down and he thoroughly went over my current systems tonnage and Seer and said that the tonnage was correct based on his calculations. He gave me quotes for the Infinity, Performance and Comfort Carrier 4 ton Heat Pump Systems as well as for the ductwork. I had 2 other quotes and canceled a third. After meeting Richard and going by his Company location, where he gave me a tour of the business, I was so impressed with their business philosophy, I decided that I was going to go with Climate Masters and have the Infinity Heat Pump System installed . I had my new Carrier Infinity 20 Heat Pump System installed March 25, 2019. The 4 Technicians that came to install my system were extremely professional, courteous, neat, thorough and did one heck of an oustanding installation. They protected the wood floors inside of my home better than I would have done myself. Richard, you have an outstanding business as well as outstanding Technicians and I haven't forgotten Melissa.....she was outstanding too. I asked a question to one of them regarding my personal a/c situation at home. Wallace, the man to whom I refer, took the extra time to ask me some questions in order to give me an informed answer. That conversation gained Climate Masters a very likely customer. Weeks later, I called the phone number that Wallace left me, and I sat in my car and spoke with Keith for about 15 minutes during my lunch break. I did not know exactly what I was going to ask, and that was painfully obvious when our talk began. I clumsily explained how our home a/c had leaked through our ceiling last year, and we had paid another provider for a temporary fix (because it's all we could afford at the time). Since then, the a/c had becoming increasingly undependable for one reason or another, and we knew it was time to lay it to rest. It was 14 years old, after all, and I have been informed that I should be grateful it lasted that long. I can ramble. That is to say... I often ramble, and most especially when I'm trying to explain something that I don't entirely understand to begin with, like, say, an air conditioner unit. Keith was incredibly patient. He did not patronize me or belittle me for not having answers that are likely standard knowledge. That talk was surprisingly comfortable, and he gave a bold impression of good intent. "Obviously, he wanted this new potential customer who would probably buy whatever he prescribed necessary. He is a businessman, and that is what a businessman is supposed to do." He is not a businessman. Keith is a man who has a business, and he wants to earn the trust of his customers. Anything I questioned, he broke down so that I could understand. He gave me information I could take and research. He gave me quotes from one end of the spectrum to the other, so that I wasn't leaving out any details I may be interested in. He took his time to lead me through the process so that I was not blind. It was easier for me to email questions as I looked into what we needed, wanted, and could afford. So often, I would send an email, and get a reply within 30 minutes. I did not expect that, but it was incredibly helpful. The process of my making a decision, from beginning to end, took a few months. These were months of worry that I'd waited too long, but sometimes that happens. After weeks of not hearing from me, Keith still knew who I was, and he had kept good notes. I just want to clarify that this is not a "make a call, get a different person each time and explain it all over again" type of company. It's not "submit a request for service information, wait several days for someone to contact you and ask questions all over again." My home now has an air conditioning/heat pump system that cost about $2000 LESS than I expected. It has a WiFi thermostat, which was installed specifically because I just really wanted it, and they made it happen. I was able to finance the purchase with a great deal--one that I know they had to go extra lengths to achieve. The awesome guys who installed it were on time, friendly, thorough, and cleaned up any signs of their presence before they left. Then, Keith came out later that same day to personally make sure that everything went well, and he explained the financing so that everything was totally clear. I adore the fact that I no longer have to worry about water leaking through my ceiling, and even more so, I am relieved to know that if I have an emergency or anything goes wrong, I have an actual PERSON that I can contact, and I've no doubt that he will extend the same courtesy he always has. Climate Masters has created a reputation in my mind, and in my family's mind, for service that cannot be matched. I honestly feel like our home was their priority, and they followed through with everything promised and more. There is no reason to look anywhere else.
They did exactly what they said they would, at the time we talked about. Extremely punctual, courteous and professional. Services priced well and overall very nice people. Get their service plan if you're worried that your system may go out. Their 24 hour service makes it really attractive option.
