Joe Miller & Daniel Gaydos repaired my A/C recently. I was very impressed.
Joe made suggestion that I might want to consider replacing a couple of additional parts which I agreed. I felt like they went the extra mile.

For 15 years since we bought our new home, our home's AC has not been able to keep the home cool on hot days. We've tried everything with other companies, including replacing the entire system with a larger one!

Richard Morrison spent 90 minutes inspecting our system and taking measurements. He calculated the main duct was undersized, and the system was bottlenecked and couldn't push enough air through the home. His team replaced our main trunkline the next day, and our home's AC has never worked so well!

The system now holds 71 degrees and our utility bill went DOWN!
I wish I had called Climate Masters fifteen years ago!

The Best HVAC company I have ever used. They're BEYOND PROFESSIONAL and are not ever in a rush to a quick fix. They make sure everything is fixed right then and there and won't wander from that.
Call Melissa and tell them to send Michael or Jamie. It doesn't matter who they send, they're all great people. They definitely care about their customers.

We had our unit stop working and called Climate Masters. They were wonderful! From the very helpful receptionist to the technician Michael, it was all a very pleasant experience. They were out and had our unit up and working within 2 hours of our original call. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else needing help with their Heating and Air system. I’m so impressed by Climate Masters every time we use them. They’re super thorough and professional and have solved a couple of tricky problems for us that we inherited from our last hvac company. We also installed the Remo Halo air purifying system that they suggested, and it’s been a big help to our allergies.

I have worked with Climate Masters for 19 years. They installed our heating and air units when we built our home. I would not use anyone else to work with. They continue to answer all my questions in a timely manner. They do wonderful work and explain everything that is being done. I would highly recommend them.
