Hansen Air Pros

When my home AC unit failed I called around and Hansen Air Pros responded and had a technician out here on time the next morning. After a full inspection of my system he informed me the compressor on my outside unit had gone out and my 30 old system for the inside would soon be following suit. He recommended a new system to be installed. He quoted me a price for financing which met my budget easily and explain of the warranty which is surprised how extensive it will be covering service installation repair and maintenance throughout the whole financing timeframe. I was surprised to also find out that it would be installed that same day which it was. Just after lunch the crew arrived with a new unit. The crew was very efficient in removing the old unit both inside and out and quickly installed the new unit and thermostat. By 6:30 PM they were done my house was cooling off and I couldn’t be happier with a professional service courtesy it’s definitely satisfaction guaranteed.

It has been six months now since my installation of my new unit. Hansen Air Pro’s. Informed me that it was time for my next check up and schedule me for an appointment the very next morning. The technician arrived on time clean courteous and professional immediately went straight to his duties, inspecting the unit inside and out and even the ductwork of my attic system. During this investigation, he has noticed a very slight reduction in my cooling pressure. He knew exactly where to go and what to do to stop this leak and insured my unit was back in top operating condition.

My duct system was falling apart, had the entire thing replaced, they were here about 5 hours and then done. 12 drops, new return. And cleaned up before they were gone. Real happy about the work, excited to go trough summer with better air circulation. Had Patrick come out today to check the system, he did a great thorough job, my AC is running fine

Mark and his team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous as she explained and repaired our HVAC system. I would highly recommend Hansen if the other techs are half as good!!! Will definitely use in the future!
