They did/ do it all, met our needs from A- B and I’m not sure I need to say specifically what all they did- but yes, we’ve worked with them for many years and they talk to us, educate us, and care for our hvac system entirely. We’ve never had an issues with Hansen. They’re good guys. Aaaaannnnndddd will even clean up after the work’s done. Really… everything. Super cool.

Discovered a leak under the sink in my bathroom. I didn’t know who to call, so I did a Google search for the Semmes area. Hanson was the first company I contacted. They had someone at my home in less than an hour and fixed the problem. Very nice serviceman. Would recommend them to everyone . Thank you and God bless.

We had an outage on saturday and the Hansen tech arrived within about 3 hours. Very professional and knowledgable tech. 175.00 to broken float switch. Then 380.00 to replace the switch about a week and a half later when they came back to do annual service on units. Seemed to be overpriced for the part replacement.

The guys at Hansen were great. Fast and professional service. Will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend. My AC went out yesterday (8-28-22). Ethan and his partner came out and found the problem and by the following day at noon, I had a new unit installed.

I received an estimate for some electrical work. Ask me again after completion. They did install my air conditioning a couple of years ago and I was very happy with the outcome. I'm hoping when they complete my generator I'm just as happy.

Zach was extremely knowledgeable and cared about my concerns and questions. Although I didn’t go with Hansen this time I was very impressed with Zach's professionalism and caring attitude, he is definitely an asset to your company. I will consider Hansen next time I need A/C work.

We have used Hansen before and they did us a great job. They are now installing a new heat pump system and have given us a great price on it. Brett Lee, the technician who came to access the problem with the old heat pump was a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend Hansen Air Pros.

The technician was prompt and diagnosed the problem with the generator readily. My only complaints was he was not able to program the generator for weekly cycling.
